BGA's great facilities are negated by their coach. Myers lets his kids do/say whatever they want during a game. i have never heard more obnoxious players in my life....as much as they wish it weren't true, BGA will always just be a good middle region team but they are no state title contenders....

MBA is 6-3 in the region with going 2-1 vs BA, 1-2 vs BGA, and 3-0 vs. Davidson Academy

Wrong Irish, he's talking about father ryan. i think everyone was bumped up for mba since turk was out. MBA's 152 wrestled up and beat little Mayo to tie it then MBA's 171 pinned to clinch it. not sure why the kid from ryan got ejected but i heard he got caught biting the mba guy while on his back.

The biggest surprise of the night was that there wasnt a deciding pin that swayed the match like everyone thought. the 130 match was probably the biggest.

dom, bateman wasnt getting back points.....turk's shoulders were out of bounds at the time of the injury so a pin could not have been called.

Brandon Hufstetler defeated Nick Forte Saturday morning and i can't believe no one has talked about this. This is one of the biggest upsets ive ever seen.

Could we possibly see a Bubis-Meredith match @ 215, or will meredith go heavyweight???

MBA matches up well with McCallie in the upper and lower weights but could have some serious problems in the middle weights.

Father Ryan defeated a very young and inexperienced Big Red team. Some notable matches were the Hiller-Simpson match whcih was very controversial because the clock expired with Simpson winning 5-4, but Hiller reversed Simpson after the clock had expired and they gave him the two. The noise was definitely a factor though. Taylor Tate defeated state runner-up Nick Myers, and Donlon absolutely ruined Mayo (who is supposedly "irishdad"'s son) 13-2 i believe. Lomas defeated Bubis by two in yet another controversial match. All around a fun night. Ryan is very very good and should win state again. MBA is young but should be very strong in the next two years.

Im nuetral in this fight...just a fan of the underdog in pretty much every event....its just tough for me to believe that hes been giving up 16 lbs all year. good luck to your team buddy.

JM Simpson is not giving up 16 lbs. If Shoettle weighs about 104 and JM weighs about 98 im pretty sure thats not a 16 lbs difference.
