Yeah he's a big fb(6-2 230) and he runs hard and hits hard. I think for SS to have a chance they will have to spread it out. The wing t just doesn't get it done. I have no clue why the went to it against Bolivar. There best runs and passes came with two wr's. Hope the get away from the boring wing t.

Croccket co. will bring everything they have to this game. These two teams don't like each other. They are some what of a rival. If they played like they did aginst drysburg they will beat South Side by two tds. I think they get the win Crockett co 28 Jackson SS 13

Hate to pick against the Hawks but without their Offense cod. they are going to strugle scoring points. Coach Hayes is a good defensive coach and motivator. He just runs the same 3 or 4 plays on offense. He doesn't make any adjustment at all. That's what happend friday against North Side. You could just tell he was calling plays. I hope they can step it up. I pick Fware20 JSS13 hope not but... we'll see Go Hawks!!

Good job Norh side. The score should have been 42-7. I've said all year the Hawks are overrated. The 5-0 start was against teams with a 5-15 overall rec. They have a good offense when starting qb is playing but the defense is weak. They can't tackle, stop the run or pass. They play like that and fware, bolivar, and crockett co. will all beat them. then loss in the first round of playoffs. I hope they can shape up. Go Hawks!

First SS only onside kicked it once. Mcnairy return man fumbled the first kick off. SS got it on the 30 then went up 14-0. Then they onside kicked it. Smart move. Worked didn't it?? It was 14-14 in the 2nd half. So how did Mcnairy out play them in the 2nd half? Mcnairy just couldn't stop SS running game. 400 total yards over 300 rushing. On the personal foul the Mcnairy defender made a great hit but he stood over the rb and it looked like he was talking trash. He may not have been just what it looked like. 9 out 10 time your going to get flagged for it. Tuff call but thats not why they lost. They were just outplayed. Good luck to the bobcats. Go Hawks!

Here we go again. Who has Mcnairy played? A down lexington(1-2) team, Adamsville(cupcake), and and overrated and a ok dyer co. team. This will be both teams first real test. South Side hears this every week and all they do is go out and win. Against cupcakes or not

I don't think this will be for the region but the winner will play Fware for 1st place. It's going to be a great game to watch. It's two undefeated teams doing battle. I look for South Side to have the edge it the game. They are pretty even in the running games, but South Side has the edge passing the ball. I predict Jackson Southside 27 Mcnairy co. 21

On paper there sch looked tuff before the year started. 4a liberty, North Side & JCM(SS has only beaten 4 times i think), Crockett co. Is usually one of the top teams in west tn. Only cupcake was Obion co. only reason they played them was coach Driggers is head coach there. Im ready to see what they have against a much improved Mcnairy co. team(3-0) Jackson SS won't go undefeated this year i see them lossing 2 at least.

Your right they would have beated chester co and obion co. I agree SS is overrated. but they can't help everyone on schedule is having bad year. only reason I said anything about best 0-4 team is becauce saders said it earlier in the week about best 0-3 team. I'm telling you Liberty will only win 2 maybe 3 games this year. There just not very good.

Crusader i'm not putting Liberty down. I understand they have played a some good teams and that South Side hasn't. Like i've said already it will be a good game. Your the one picking a 21 point win. Whoever wins it's going to be close. 4a is a big step up from 3a. Thats why i say there going to win only a few games this year. You can't compare this years team with the one a few years ago. They had alot more seniors on the team and a few years under the system. Don't count out JCM or Noth Side this year. They will both be over .500 and you will have to play your butts off to beat them.

Ok Jackson SS is alittle overrated. Top 5 in statewide 3a poll #3 in the state. They have a great team but not top 3 in the state. With that said they will not be upset by a down liberty team. It won't be 42-0, but they will take care of business at hame. It will be an ok game at first then SS will pull away in the sec. half. Jackson SS 28 Liberty 14 Go Hawks! First I want to say you two do a great job! I enjoy reading your post each week. Keep it up. Ok here my take. Jackson SS 42 Chester co.7 Chester may score late td against 2nd string. Lexington 28 Mcnairy co.20 This will be a good game. Both teams have good running games. Mood should put up 100 plus 2 td's. But lexinton pulls out a late vicatory. Fware 20 Bolivar 12 Beware of the ware lol I think they are the second best team in the region. Washing will pick them apart for 3 tds.
