How many players came with the "Big Guy" from Coffee County? Are all of the players eligible according to TSSAA? What do the people of Coffee County think about this situation? The District 7-AAA should be very competitive this season with several teams having a shot come tournament time. Good luck to everyone and may the best team come out on top!!! My personal opinion on Riverdale is they should be playing D II because the rest of the teams in the district are not able to recruit top notch players, but that is just my opinion. What is the opinion of other people on this subject, both Rutherford and Coffee County softball fans.

Harder to win, place or show DI or DII?, but which is easier to get into the field. DII guys can tell their grandchildren that they were four time state qualifier and not be a very competiive wrestler and a DI guy doesnt have the luxuary of this easy way in even if he is head and shoulders better than a DII qualifier. Forget the champions and the contenders, but what about the guys just trying to get into the Show.

I agree with you coach, they should increase the number of participants and lump then into one group and let the state champ be the ONLY state champ. But the easiest way for wrestler to qualify for the individual state tourney is to make a DII lineup. Once again good luck to everyone the next couple of weeks.

So all DII wrestlers qualify for the state tourney. This doesnt seem quiet fair especially to the DI guys who must place in the top four in a twenty-plus team Region tourney. Just your thoughts on this unfortunate situation. A guy could be a four time state qualifer DII but could never beat a DI wrestler who was never able to place and make the state tourney. Just curious on what other peole think about this format. Congrats to the Coach Simpson and the Irish and best of luck to all wrestlers next weekend and at the Big Show in Chattanooga.

It seems ever since THE STAR WRESTLER has left WCHS (Dusty GRiffith) then the program there has gone down. I have heard that alot of wrestler quit and some don't even show up and the only thing that yall have is Gann at 215. Which will place at regions. So tell me whats up!!!!!!

James Medows from Friendship in class 1A. He is also a senior. And kicks 50 yard field goals and has kicked off out of the end zone every time.

dlu 07 It would be a thee way tie b/w Gordonsville, Watertown, and Friendship provided that neither of these teams lose Halloween Night or Friendship loses to WHH this week. So if Watertown wins and Friendship wins out then it would be a 3 way tie and Watertown would win the region b/c of best record. Then Gordonsville b/c of a better record then Friendship and Friendship would take 3rd and go on the road.

Yall get on here when Fcs was playing gordonsville and said that they had no chance in the world to win. But all of a sudden Watertown is playing Gordonsville and it like well you know maybe Watertown might win or saying that they have a chance. I mean come on Fcs came out and had a very very good chacne of winning and Fcs also beat Watertown. So how can yall say that Watertown has a chance i mean they do but yall cant give them a really good chance when you didnt give Fcs a chance. My prediction: G-ville-35 Watertown-14

You got to be kidding me right? For one thing it isn't going to be the game of the year. The game of the year was the Gordonsville v.s. Friendship (Which came down to a last second field goal). The second thing is Friendship beat Clay Co. and Gordonsville beat us so i dont think that Clay Co. even has a chance. For you to say that they cant stop you. They can and they will. Fcs will have a chance only if they come out with the intensity they had in practice for the past 3 days. It will be a good game but G-ville will win by 7. Oh and thanks antwan.

Wow i cant believe a young team like Friendship has made it to a 4-0 in the Region and will try to take the title from Gordonsville (who won it last year over a very good and hard hitting football team). I mean who would believe that Friendship would make it to this point. Well i did. Friendship has very good coaching who has takin this young team and put made them the team that they are today. Gordonsville is good i mean i cant take no credit away from them i mean they are undefeated in the region and they are going to come out and play with intensity. Friendship didnt go out with intensity against a "warm up" game against Red Boiling Springs and only came out with a 35-6 victory. If Friendship dont come out and play like they are capable of playing then Friendship wont have a chance. I mean this is for the region title. How can you not get pumpped up for a game like this. So in conclusion i want to hear your thoughts on this game. My Pick: Fcs 21, G-vill 17

Listen i am telling you right now who is going to win. Clay Co. will win by at least 3 tochdowns if not more b/c when we played them they had a really fast running back who mowed over our guy to score and i dont think that RBS has the speed or the talent that they have. Clay Co. 56-21

watertown had poor sportsmanship all night long. Like a punch to the chest on a late late onside kick that didnt mean anything and a couple of block in the backs and some cheap blows. I think Friendship outplayed them and also had more class then they did. But i want to hear your comments on the game.

Okay i have sit here and listen to yall people talk about gordonsville and watertown but i was wanting yall to talk about the fcs-watertown game. In my eyes i dont think that fcs struggled against clay county but i do think that they were better but didn't struggle and as far as Nashville Christian goes the ref's were the worse i have ever seen at a high school football game and fcs got screwed pretty much on some bad calls. so dont go saying that fcs struggled but they are young. I mean there O line consist of one senior, two juniors, and 2 sophmores. i mean pretty young team and there qb is a junior and running back is a sophmore so i suspect fcs in this year and next year to be a pretty dominate team in Region 4 Class 1A. But i want to hear about what yall think is going to happen b/w fcs and watertown. who will win and by how much.
