What underclassman did they lose and why?

HOW WILL THE BOYS BE THIS YEAR AFTER LOSING SUCH A TALENTED BUNCH OF SENIORS. WHERE WILL THEY STACK UP IN THE REGION AND WHO DO THEY HAVE COMING BACK?

i was around when my kid played and although he was not a freshman i made a few of the games. the fresh qb that was under center when melvin and bijohn were fresh was the weak link in the chain. if they would have had a qb they would have probably went undefeated. the kid was a total fish out of water. he had no arm and absolutely no running ability. he had the deer in headlights look every time he droped back for a pass. this kid probably had no future in the quarterback position wuith the phenom will jones coming through. but what i do not understand is with all of this athletic ability this kid seems to have why could he not have been a d 1 wide rec . with a experienced qb already in the system i would have wanted my child to just help the team in any way he could.

How can you say that losing bijon did not hurt. It was huge. He was one of three returning starters on a defense suffering from lack of experiencs and depth. Is it me or does the whole team go both ways. I think that is the problem.

ccfan, you are an idiot. why don't you try to come to the game and watch h because you could not have seen them the first time we played them. we have improved a great deal since then but i am sure they have also. i hope for a good game and go big blue....

i believe that cc has gotten better each game. they ar epeaking at playoff time and that is a teams dream. the last 3 games for cc has showed a total domination an both sides of the ball. the leader of all this seems to be jake. he has improved every game and i can not wait for next year. he is playing with confidence and this is what he has lacked all year. we have had discussions all year about the wing-t v/s the I. these last three games for cc has showed the importance of their offense. it has showed what a good d can do to very good I offenses. we have 3 backs you have to stop instead of keying on 1. i know that h are licking their chops, but they watch because this cc team is really hungry. good luck to both teams, and so much for that soft schedule, huh Garo.

this is what i saw and i have been at every game this season. all of the starters were not in there as early as late in the third. i do not know coach cupples personaly, nor have i talked to any of his staff. but the ONLY qb they have is jake (besides kyle and he is a senior). if they took the whole line out at 1 time the way bruceton was coming after them they would have been asking for jake to get injured. they were swapping in and out the last part of the third and into the fourth. i know this because i was watching my cousin and he played the last part of the third and he has played in only 2 other games this season. i understand what cupples was doing although i agree it would have been nice to get the 2 team some reps. i was wondering about the qb of the future, i heard the one that was supposed to step in after jake quit this year.

cc can pass with high percentage play action passes. the just can not widen it out and go 4 & 5 wide. as far as jake being slow afoot you must be watching from long distance because i believe he runs at least a 4.8 or 4.7 you must have watched him last year. he is more of a play action guy and a option qb. jake to me has gotten better every game this year. the running game for cc is of course their strong point on offense. but if they stack them up in the box like dyer did i think the play action will be a factor as it was there. the heart and soul of the team is their defense though. this is the reason i think they win. i do not believ that their offense is good enough to get ahead by 2 scores.

i saw the game and the willis kid is special. i do not feel sorry for bruceton this year, i feel sorry for the teams they play when the willis kid is a senior. i wonder what former thought of the game and if he was there or not.

what kind of changes are you talking about? i wonder what the fromerqb thinks about the game and who is he pulling for? he is a man torn apart..

How will the game turn out?

i understand that the run opens up the pass. the thing that i do not understand is the play action off of these would be the best option. they try to run the run with the wing tee. then they try to pass with the spread or whatever it is. i do not know, the thing that is wrong with this team is not the wing t it is playcalling.

i did understand why cc went to the pass either. they were running with ease up and down the field when the turning point came. they were on about the 25 or so and went to some fake reverse pass and took a sack a lost about 20 yrds. that is what i did not understand
