I am reading all this "crap" again. boyd owns spitt? omg, Do you Buc fans actually have a clue of the spitt- boyd records? if not before id make another no brain attempt at saying bucs own the pirates.. ok this is how it is. Do you Guys know they spitt and boyd has been playing for a long time>? and id say the record is probably about sp 25- boyd 6 . ill find the exact stat and put it here in teh mean time enough about bucs own the pirates . spitt has a strong tradition here that the recruiting bucs will never match.. but wait maybe we can recruit from other towns all across the area to get some players and promise them a rose garden. but when u recruit next time make sure they can count and look at history instead of pop off at the yap!!! see u friday night... I also watched the pirates practice. it will be a lonnng night for the Bucs. Id hold my tongue if i were you!

All I read is people from a team that (played bad) and got beat badly.. fact is , If you have a good team you dont make excuses for loosing so bad. yu look forward to next week. fact is you cant be a good team and loose by that many points? if so how can you say you can beat a team that put up 62? oh yea despite the fact if teh pirates held on to the interceptions it could well have been 80 .. oh and did anyone talk about the scrimmage of Polk county wich is a very good team.. ask them if the pirates are any good.. Buc's fans cant answer that yet . but they will friday night.. my prediction spitt 35 buc's 14 .

wow, I really cant believe what im reading. Bucs own the pirates? how do you own a team ? is it becaue they have won 5 straight? what about all the years and years the pirates beat the bucs by 50? so thats enough talk about what was and might be.. the fact is Vic has changed the offense. The pirates have to much speed and misdirection. Boyd cannot match there speed period! Soutpitt will win this game by 21. If boyd plays like they did last week Pirates by 40..and Remember people its all about this years team not last years and before....

well the best game i remember i need some help with .. was about late 80's or early 90's southpittsburg had a great team and seems like it was the playoff's the team they where playing was sunbright or i dont remember for sure who it was but the other team had a QB to this day is the best i have ever seen ,, at halftime they were beating SP 35-0 that QB threw the ball on the run 60 yards for a score wow he had a arm a blue chipper atleast i remember. 3rd quarter the QB was hit and broke his collar bone and was out of the game southpitt came back to win the game score was like 36-35... can some one elaberate on this game please. has been awhile

Guys,Guys, Guys. whitwell has a good team , by whitwell standards, not to many years they beat grundy and jasper in the same year. Fact of the matter is they dont have the talent that southpittsburg has period.. wish what you will, fact is fact.. whitwell will make the playoffs and maybe advance a round or two, BUT no way in this world will they beat southpittsburg friday night if they score 14 that will be about it>> still Though whitwell has a (good) team improved from last years team.. but not as good as southpittsburgs.. If southpittsburg plays its best game no one in the state can touch them.. cloudland will come close but thats it.. taken I said there best game....

exactly possum.. i mean ill give it to boyd there a great team.. best that money can buy... Period!!! no matter what the coaches say.. private schools should be in private class period.. i mean sp is taking players from its town and putting together a great team can Boyd say that>????? fact is public schools u cant go out of ur district to school.. and by doing what boyd and other private schools are doing ( buying players) from all counties.. it makes it rough for public schools to compete.. but sp will have it togethere for week three in playoff's bucs you better be ready!

well jasper i give you this sp is a great team... but never has there nor maybe never be a great a team in sp as the 1994 team... a single player maybe.. but never a better team. that year they played together as a team not saying this one doesnt.. but the 94 team there wasnt a standout there was 12 or more.. and i think there was like 7 players from the 94 team that went to college on a football scholarship... but the 2003 has there own destiny to conclude.. they will bounce back cause they are a great team.

well as for the comment on cramps and conditioning, I know coach grider and I know sp is in shape. The cramps come with first cool nights. and yes boyd has a great team as does sp, But you cant make mistakes and win..... not with quality teams.. boyd played mistake free sp didnt thus boyd won If sp didnt turn the ball over what a game it would have been .. (if) what a word ... but this game I dont think really means a thing except both teams will be better prepared in the third week of the playoff's... and about the comment of coach grider looking in the mirror im sure he knows if he made mistakes.. but i know this he didnt fumble the football... pirates will bounce back....

Its not gonna be that close. yes both have speed but south pitt is a little faster with more depth and a faster defense.. and a great special Teams they should score two touch downs on special team alone.. southpitt 35 boyd 17

are you for real what kinda drugs u on? history does make a team.. boyd has had what three years of winning now and you think your are the best well how do u suppose sppirates have won over 108 games in 10 years?? by keeping on keeping on!!! thats how u win. funny thing is sp dont have to pay all that money to be a losing team year after year after year... oh yea congrats boyd for winning for the past 3 years... geeesh get a clue dude.. sp 35 boyd 17 maybe.. well lets talk history boyd!! since 1993 boyd is 74wins 50 losses.. sp is 108wins 26 losses . and my goodness lets not go back before 1993 omg that would be to sad anyway boyd fan its all about history.. thats what makes our future...

You know all this boyd talk ... im glad they can finaly speak after all the years of 50 and 60 to 0's we put on them.. and as far as this game goes sp's special teams will be the difference... eastridge is living proof of that....

year in Year out Southpittsburg always comes up with a Team.. its all in coaching I assure you.. score fast and alot and let ur sophmore and freshman get playing time, Makes future teams .. thats the secret.....
