No, I was saying if Riverdale blows them out then it happens or if Siegel wins it happens. I made no prediction.

I don't understand how one game makes or breaks a team? Although it would be a huge momentum boost for Siegel to beat Riverdale, it doesn't mean Siegel has won the state title. Same for Riverdale, if they win or lose, they still have 9 other games to play. If Siegel wins, oh well, winning the region is most important and I know this is a region game, but most will not go 9-1. I suspect this game to be interesting, and wouldn't be surprised if it's close. However, that doesn't mean Riverdale isn't going to blow it wide open, or Siegel might win.

Riverdale - still number one until proven wrong Blackman - team has to go up, why not week 0? Smyrna - really close to call but I like the dawgs. Gallatin - Green Wave Hendersonville - not sure if Wilson Central can win this one... Ooltewah - Cookeville is a little down, but Owls win in a nail biter Lincoln County - got to go with the Alma Mater

Haven't seen either team scrimmage, because of work. But I'm excited. I think it's going to be a much closer than last years game. Blackman has no where to go but up and Oakland is looking to improve from a disapointing 2005 season. It's going to be close. I'm going to say my hunch is with the Blaze. Should be a good game. Not sure what Franklin has coming back, but I expect them to be strong. This could be the last meeting for these two teams in a while, unless they renew the contract. I think this game is going to be a close one, and right now I'm not sure who will pull this out. However, I know who I'm rooting for. Go Falcons!

In response to some of your comments: There are a few games that CSS is broadcasting and we felt it be better fit if we put our coverage elsewhere. Also, we want to make sure that every Rutherford County school is covered a minmum of one time. Although some of the games aren't the biggest rivarly, we had to pick games that could be filmed in Rutherford County and will attract an audience. This will continue on to the playoffs covering ever Rutherford County team and even having a special 1 to 2 hour football program at the Blue Cross Bowl at MT.

There will not be a live broadcast or full broadcast of the game. The show will be 30 minutes long and will include highlights from the game of the week. We will talk to the coach and have a player of the week award.

1. Lincoln County - if no big injuries occur, and if the o-line steps up, the Falcons will be the best team in the region. 2. Cookeville- a loss of 30 seniors hurts the Cavs, still good but if LC is on top of their game- they will finish second. 3. Coffee County - should be better, but not sure how they will fair as top contender 4. Franklin County - will make some progress with new coach, could be sleeper team 5. Warren County - lost a lot of seniors, need to prove last year wasn't a fluke 6. Cumberland County - new school will hurt them

Can't wait until the CCHS versus Lincoln County game. There will be alot of animosity between the two squads.

No, nor do I claim to know anything. Just my vision of what might/could happen.

Minor might go in the 10-15 rounds. I don't see him advancing for, he needs to go to college for two years. As for Morris being drafted by the Dodgers, he apparently was smart. He got what he wanted, now he will be making at least a mil. even if he doesn't perform up to par. Kyler Burke has a difficult decision to make. I see San Diego making him into a hitter more than a pitcher. Burke can be shaky at times, I think he would make a good middle reliever or closer if the Padres decide to go with that. Although San Diego is known to turn out great pitchers, I forsee them turning Burke into a solid hitter. They have already created a few stars, such as Khalil Greene. I expect Burke to have an appearance in the majors in about 4 years.

Even though Blackman had a tough loss tonight, those kids fought really hard. I'm very proud to say that I broadcasted the games for Blackman this season. Those guys were always so classy and were dedicated to the sport of baseball. I wish the four seniors Prater, Uhles, Seagroat, and Davenport the best of luck as they enter the next stage of their lives. Those kids are very hard workers and will succeed in life. As for Coach Tredway and his staff, they are really hard workers and love those kids. I am so glad that I had the wonderful opprotunity to broadcast for this team. I can't wait until next season, as we have a lot of these kids coming back. I wish the best of luck to the seniors, and I want to congragulate Blackman on a wonderful season! Go Blaze!
