Ok so did Rhea send their freshman team or what?

Pretty much sums up what I've seen in previous years. A lot of talent has went through that team and they should have been able to do amazing things in many years. Instead they have only managed to stand as mediocre at best. There's no excuse for this. I believe with the correct coaching, rhea may have seen at least one or two final or state appearances in the last 5 years.

Not that I dont want them to win, because I do, it's just that i've been to/seen way too many rhea teams in the past that were supposed to be "the ones" to go all the way. It just always falls apart.

The first game of many that they actually didnt get too over confident and actually pulled it off. I wouldnt say much untill they can do that more than once.

I hate to say it but Rhea always blows the big games and cant keep it together under pressure. They also cant block the pass at all. McMinn wins this one

Not to say I told you so, but..... As i said before, you dont just get that many straight wins handed to you. They are hard earned. When and if rhea can get down a passing game, maybe we'll see they day they make it past. As of right now though from what i've heard maryville will be moving out of 4a in the near future so 4a may be a different story.

I dont think this one will end any better than the previous.

It's been a fact for how many years now? Maryville runs up a nice lead on rhea by the 2nd or 3rd quarter then puts in the lower strings? Im not stating anything that's not true.

what a lot of you dont realize is that when you have won that many games and have that much rep, you're going to play with all your heart and soul to keep it going. Rhea cant compete with that. The more talk there is of rhea pulling an upset, the more Maryville is going to blow them away. That's what happend last year with red bank if you all remember.

Stop the pass? Rhea? From what I've seen this season, that's impossible.
