Our problem all year was errors,over 100,that was the real killer.When you have an ump changing the strike zone from inning to inning the pitcher has no idea where to throw the ball nor does the batter know what to swing at,that is the real problem

The ones in West Tennessee are real"winners".I think a blind person can get more calls right than these guys do

Most of the ones we had this year did affect the outcome because they have no idea what they are doing.I just hope none of them giveup their day jobs and try to make a living at being an ump,they will starve

Westview beat Gibson County Dyer County Beat OC

My Prediction--Westview will beat GC tonight, but only if their pitching can hold out and Obion County is looking for another win tonight. They have really played some solid baseball during this tournament. Good luck chargers!! Go Rebs!!

OC's Heatin' things up!! Beat UC on Tuesday 8-0 and tonight beat Crockett County 5 - 0. Can't say beating UC was a fluke! Looks like the boys decided to play ball and have turned their defensive play around. Way to go boys! Pitching has been awesome with a 1-hit shutout on Tuesday and (I think) a 3-hit shutout tonight.

Yea!!! OC beat Crockett soundly tonight against pitcher #24 Mosier. Final score 5 - 0. OC is on a roll, having 4 shut out games. Pitching is really great right now. I understand people think beating UC was a fluke, but we have known this team could play any team in this district and win. Errors have been our problem, but maybe we have worked out the kinks. Two very solid performances by pitchers on Tuesday with Kangelos pitching a one-hitter against UC and tonight Rambo was strong and pitched (I think--) a three-hitter. What can you say except--GO ALL THE WAY OC!!!

OC lost a heartbreaker over JCS with Aury Kangelos striking out 12 in 6 innings and picking up the loose on 3 unearned runs

I think District 13AA is going to be a very competitve. Any team can beat another on any given day,its going to be interesting ro see how this turns out. We will get a preview in 2 weeks when Central,Dyer Co,and Gibson Co will play each other in the Aaron Schuh tournament in Ripley in a couple weeks.

Had a scrimmage with JCM yrsterday,won 6-5. Had one bad inning where the defense let us down a little,but for the first game wasn`t bad at all

If pitching comes through we should be fairly good.Going to need some of the underclassman to step up however.
