You say it had no effect what so ever. That is bullcrap. G-ville was voted by the tennessean a few years back as one of the top 4 hostile environments in the state, along with the Hartsville creekbank, the lincoln county pit, and what ever the call Portland's stadium. By the way, yes Monterey is big and physical, yet they lack the unity that Gordonsville has each and every year. Ask SP what it was like to have a million jugs filled with rocks shaking every play last year in round 2. Where are you from by the way?

Hey blueboy, do you think that Mt. Pleasant is a great team. If you do then you are wrong. How are you gonna say C'wood and G'ville are not great. I would say they are about the same level which is by far up above Mt. Pleasant. How far did Mt. Plesant get last year anyways?

Where does Mt. Pleasant get off saying they are some sort of powerhouse having only one winning season in the past few years. MC hasn't had there best years like they did a few years back but they always fight hard and never give up.You have to have good years consistetly as have the Boyd-Buchanans, South Pitts, Gordonsvilles, Moore Counties and so forth. Not just have one good year.

Yes both teams may be a bit down this season, but Monterey lost to Jackson County. LOL. Gordonsville will win by more than 14 in my personal opinion.

What exactly did you mean by that HootersFan?? I do not believe Celina will be able to pull this one out. Watertown isn't very good neither is Celina, you can not count Celina's wins over Pickett and RBS, and I have no idea how Temple is.

What I would really like to know is, where does somone get htat Celina may be one of the top 2 teams in the region??? Anyways, if this were true then that would make FCS the #1 team and CHS the #2 team being that FCS beat you which was a good game and I was rooting for CHS the entire time. I am rooting for CHS this week as well b/c I think they are full of crap. They are 4-1 and they think that they are something. Well Watertown hasn't played anybody really all that spectacular. I'll tell the #1 team in the region and that is G-ville and everyone knows it. There have only been 2 teams to win the region we are in now and that is Hartsville, and Gordonsville, and it is going to stay that way. I would really like to see G-ville play Greenback again. I missed the first game but from what I hear G-ville just did not execute when they had the chances. Moore County could not stop the passing attack last night. I was very imprssed with the rushing attack last night as well. Good Luck to the tigers on the rest of the season. Oh by the way, CJ Babcock plays in his first college game tonight at 6:30 @ AUstin -Peay State University. I'll be there.

I couldn't agree with you more UncleStimpy. Gordonsville's could not be stopped tonight. Chad Hunter made a bone-crushing hit that Icould hear on the other side of the field during one of Dusty Ray's big runs. Jerry Passman made 2 huge hits in a row right before the half. And that play with Zac Medley was unbelievable. Gordonsville played very well tonight just as Moore County did. Good Luck on the rest of the season Tigers and Raiders. Oh by the way, tough loss Carthage. From what I hear you played your hearts out just made a few stupid mistakes. Good Luck next week against TC.

I am not quite sure how Macon will say they will win. Carthage has a good team. They will win. But they won't get a shutout.
