What are you talking about? Kate is a really good defender, one of the best in the Chattanooga area. She has lead her select team to 2 state championships, and she was also on the 3v3 National Championship team along with Murphy and Forrest. there is no one at Soddy like her.

No wonder I am not aware of her...she's a freshman. Very doubtful that she would be among the elite players, especially the top three, no matter how good she is for a 15 year old.

I don't think a coach should ever tell their players not to score. I think that all teams should go at 100% and let the coaches do the subbing. You can't get better not playing your hardest. There are always going to be the games where the score is high, but that's just the way it is. These kinds of games give a chance to the girls who don't usually get to play that much. They shouldn't be told to put less effort in. Let them play as hard as they want.

Well, Baylor demolished Knox Catholic as expected, and ND came out with a 1-0 win against GPS. What do you guys think about this game? I think it's going to be either Tuesday or Thursday next week, but I'm not sure.

Baylor won a bunch to nothing. They play ND sometime next week. Great win against GPS!

Ooltewah isn't that bad but they definitely dont deserve to be put on a pedestal. If they are getting beaten by teams by more than 2 or then they aren't up to par.

Why do your girls deserve to be on a pedestal? They aren't very good.

Nikki is awesome, and if GPS manages to shut her down, then they will probably come out with the win. Caitlyn can't do it by herself any more. GPS is going to have to have some other girls step up to the plate to help her out.

I think the game was very even last time they played. I'm picking ND because they are really going to be ready to play. They haven't made it to state for as long as I can remember, and since they are playing better this year, I think they want it more than GPS. I say it's going to be 2-1 ND with Nikki Brannen scoring the two for ND and Emily Cornett making the incredible saves.
