  1. Great question haley11, I to watched the game last night. Number 14 is a great player who I feel if Creech and watson would have played the ball back to more, instead of trying to force something the score would have probably been different. She was open several times in the middle calling for the ball, however Creech and Watson had to try and force something through. I'll agree Creech and Watson are great players however they can't do it all and should play to their open players...
  2. 2-1 Blackman, great game went to sudden death overtime....
  3. I would like to hear that explanation also..... And wjr I was there, and as far as being from Hixson, not. As k_hughes and staynskool attempted to get you to do, read the past post and you'll learn that none of us are from Hixson, and I'll also go ahead and answer your next question wjr, I'm not from Ooltewah either, as you should know if you actually read the past post. If penncolt is stating real facts like you stated he was because he was there, hmmm so was I, and since you made it clear you were not there, I guess that makes your statements, hmm, what GARBAGE, you said it not I. WJR I have been involved in soccer in for the past 25 plus years, as a player and a coach and know that there are ways around a 12-0 beating, if a coach so chooses. I've been on both sides of that one........
  4. I'll have to agree with Staynskool and Hughes, Ooltewah has showed a lot of class this year. I've only been to a couple of Ooltewah's games this year and both of them they could have easley run the score up 12-0, however didn't. Classy coaching on the part of Winchester and Blair...
  5. Congratulations to Ooltewah on a well played match.....
  6. Went to the CCS and Hixson match last night. I have never been so disappointed in a coach as I am with Coach Sneller with CCS. Talked with several parents in the stands who advised that Hixson was missing six of their starters due to fall break. I realize that would have not made much of a difference in the outcome of the match. The parents, both Hixson and CCS, told me that the match during the season was 5-0 CCS, and that Hixson held them to 2 goals the first half. It's very sad that Coach Sneller not only kept most of his starters in, however kept his leading scorers up front. I'm sorry I just feel that there is no excuse to run a score up on anyone 12-0, and it was very obvious that was what was going on. CCS is in the easiest district in the state, I would like to see what would happen if they were placed in another district. Coach Sneller, wake up and show a little class, I'm sorry you got beat by N.D. and Red Bank at the end of the season, however to take it out on a team that doesn't even have all their players and to keep your big guns in the match to run the score up, NO CLASS, NO CLASS AT ALL. I can not think of another coach in this area who would do that. Several parents in the stands from both schools were very upset and advised that this was not the first time CCS has run the score up on someone.
  7. Do they all post with Ashley 1625?
  8. I will agree. They have a very good team thats only going to get better, however they have one player on their team that has no idea what sportsmanship is all about. I hope the coach can get control of her before she causes them to lose a tight match. #21......... The sweeper I understand is a freshman, very, very, good player. She will go a long way in her soccer career.....Those of you that have never watched Sweetwater play, need to watch at least once to see the sweeper play, I'm not sure of her name, however well worth the trip to watch... Exciting player is all I can say.
  9. They also tied Ooltewah.......
  10. Tall grass at Hixson didn't slow the Owls down or effect their skills....... 0-8
