really thats kool so What kind of times can Walker Run? i know they have caleb and i dunno if jared is good but i think he is....i know bradley is AAA but we have done good this year and ran 8:35ish the other day but i didnt run well but rest of them did awesome i was very proud of them they all got PR's cept me but thats ok

yea we have had a great meet to adam, matt and jeffrey all ran like 4:51 amd i beat McCool in the 800 with a 2:06 lamar has gotten some more records of his own and kendyll did to

We had our first outdoor meet here at bradley and I won the 800 at a 2:05 i thought I was gonna get killed by Rhea...adam and matt got 2nd and 3rd in 2 mile and mile i think but other than that lamar is still doin good he recently got the long jump high jump record and 23ft 3in and 6ft 5in i think

I cant wait for it to get here either...

We have beet CCS the last couple of times but they had injuries I think.But it will be a good race

Your Telling me to get a life? I am sure all you think about is running.I mean look how many times you have posted compare to me?So let me just let you know I have a life and its probably alot better than yours.

We have been getting into some trouble because our 'Clown' Jerome Robison and had to do some 'Boot Camp' Pratices and since that we have had a race at River Park and all of us broke our PR's but 3 runner's.I had to run the JV race because I was comin back from an injury and Cotton put me on it and I did see McMinn's coach running along side a little read headed boy.(srry its best way to describe him.)I dont like XC so I dont really care but dont start crap about bragging and us saying stuff we didnt because 'somebody hint hint' on the winner's podiom last year at CC said they would win Region.But I ask myself "Did they?'No and nobody went around them and shoved crap in there faces.Also you guys are suposed to be grown-ups, and have a little more maturity then telling people to 'get a life' its seems to me that us 'runners' are a little more mature than our coaches.LOL.BUt I have nothing against McMinn or any other team just so everyone knows that.
