We're gonna miss you, R4f. Take care of Ed and his family. That's much more important. Reality has kicked in here at CoachT with the injuries that we've seen lately. Sports are exciting and exhiliarating, but the health of our loved ones is what really matters. It's good to see the fans supporting and praying for those who need it. We'll have you and Ed in our thoughts and prayers. I might even yell ( maybe whisper), "Go Pats!" for you one time. BTW, we'd appreciate the same for Mr. Bob Henry from you Oakland fans.

Sounds like a deal. You'd better believe that if the Patriots can beat the Falcons that they will have my full respect and backing. I would pull for them to go all the way! And, O2001 and R4f, we would love to have fans like you behind our team. I admire the way you support your team. That's what it's all about. These fair-weather fans are for the birds (and I don't mean Falcons)! I don't care how good the players are, they need faithful followers. Even if they aren't winning, they have worked hard and deserve to have the people of their community cheering them on and believing in them. I'd say you are shining examples of what sports fans are supposed to be. Go, Pats!!! In the meantime, though, I'm passionate about my Falcons, so: GO FALCONS!!!!!!

I like what you said about the community. It is SO true! We have to support our players through the good times and the bad. Fortunately, this year has been a great one for us. I'm sorry you won't be here Drewrod4UT. Hopefully, there will be a game here again next week and you'll be able to attend.

I will be ther 1st,2nd and 3rd round! But I go over there to games often!I hope (if we get past Oakland) that we play Smyrna I just want to see the falcon D agiamst that pass attack they have! I am also with falconmama,I have grown rather fond of all you guys from this area "ya'll ain't 2 bad for boro folks" I myself also being one now!Like I posted earlier I always sit on the visitors side across from Lincoln Co.'s band!Me bone and bama fan will be there together!Hope to see you guys there! Well, you 3 (brothers and brother-in-law, I believe) need to let us know who you are, too. We just might need to get together and have a group picture made.

Now, O2001, we have nice fans. Even if r4f doesn't make it to The Pit, you need to make us a sign. We'll be looking for you and might even do a little dance. LOL!

Region4fan, I do hope you get to come to Fayetteville Friday night. First of all, if you're here, that means that Ed is either better or his brother has been able to be with him. That would be great! Secondly, there's nothing like a game at The Pit. I think our facility is outstanding, the smell of the hamburgers cooking will make you hungry (even after inot2bad treats you to supper) and the electricity in the air is exciting. I will be very disappointed if you don't leave there with a great appreciation of the talent of The Falcons and the hospitality of the Falcon fans. I wish you and Oakland2001 would bring a BIG sign showing us where you are. I just feel like you're part of the family now. I'd like to give you a big ole hug for being such a good friend to Ed and for your love of the game. Hope you can come and keep O2001 company .

Thanks for the link. That is wonderful news! It seems like I know Ryan even though I'm from Lincoln County. It's great to hear updates, so please keep them coming. It's fun to be rivals in a game, but it's wonderful to be caring friends in life. We're still praying for you, Ryan. Stay strong!

You and your friend are in our thoughts and prayers daily. This is like family, so when one of us hurts, we all hurt. At times like this, it doesn't matter whose team we pull for, we put that aside and pull for each other. Keep us posted.

I know what Duckbutterbandit is saying. It IS our house, but both sides of the stadium are alike. We hope our visitors feel welcome and are comfortable. There are just a lot of followers in Lincoln County--lovers of the game and of our guys. We invite everyone to come to The Pit to see a very strong, disciplined team play and to experience the atmosphere. GO FALCONS!!!!

Posted: Nov 3 - 10:45 PM Heard tonight that the Dr.s had Mr. Bob sit in a chair for a short period of time, and he was awake for a short period of time but, he still had some tubes and stuff in him. Still critical, but, this has to be a positive sign, that they let him move around a little. It will just be a long road back, but it does seem to be looking a little better than it did. -------------------- Go Falcons! Region4fan, your friend is blessed in many ways. One, that he is being prayed for by all of these fine people on Coach T. Two, that those prayers are working. Three, that you are his friend. How loved he must feel to know that you have gone to be with him at this difficult time! We will continue to pray for him. We hope that he will be well enough for you to be in Fayetteville to watch the Falcons Friday night and take inot2bad up on his offer to feed you. God Bless!

With all due respect, you gotta be dreamin'! I don't expect that this will be the same game as regular season, but THIS Lincoln County team is too strong for that. Maybe next year....
