As much as I hate to say it but Scott Co isnt in the same league as LC. LC is a lot better then people think. Here is the break down 1 AC 2 LC/Kingston 4 Scott/Loudon 5 Oliver Springs Girls 10 Oliver Springs Boys Sorry OS, but yes you all are that terrible...

I know more about LC basketball then you do brad miller. I know that you havent improved since your sophomore year. I know that every game you make atleast one stupid pass and shoot atlest 5 threes a game. I know you should be one of the best rebounders on your team, but you dont have enough heart to do it.... For LC they have big hopes now that Mitchell is gone... Size wont be a problem for you. Lack of guard play will be Kyle Lombardo, cant shoot unless he is completely open, he is set shooter not a jump shooter. He can pentrate the lane, but teams will collapse on that becasue they know he wont kick it out. Brandon Dorsette doesnt have enough skill to be effective. He is the hardest working player you have got, but he should of played more JV last year and got more experience. Ryan Rhodus and Jason Vance, are 2 guys that will make a huge impact for this team.. Ryan will really benefit from Mitchell leaving b/c he now has confidence that he didnt have before. Jason Vance- this kid is smart, if he would quit worrying about getting his shot blocked and shoot the ball then he will be good.. Bryce Cusick well you never know, He is like Brad Miller hasnt improved since his sophomore year... If someone can light a fire under his butt (Coach Dorsette) then he will be a force in the district, and will be the 2nd best post next to Poole for Kingston.... I know I have left off a few, but no one really wants to read this much..... And yes I do agree with you, you will not have a 20 point scorer each night, a different person will lead scoring any given night. Just like I have stated before you all have the best all around scoring attack in the district.....

NOt only do we have one thread about a middle school, but it appears that you have put 2. No one cares about middle school, this is high school website, and most people would like to keep it that way.....

That sounds about right. OS will have a terible year, probably one of the worst in school history.... They better hope they have a weak non district schedule, b/c they wont win a game in their district....

I thought this was a high school website. It doesnt matter what you do in middle school the best middle school players usually arent as good in high school, they mature fast and peak first, then eveyone will catch up with them once they are in high school.. We will see him next year, and talk about him if he is worthy...

Both teams have to play in it, so it shouldnt matter, the teams are so pumped being playoff time that they wont even be thinking about the weather. Only the little freshman on the side who doesnt get to play will be worrying about the weather....

I am surprised that I havent heard from the Kingston or LC crew on this one. I can understand why OS hasnt responded, becasue they are terrible.... Also, is this Coach Sitzlers last year coaching.....

Weve seen these threads all year. Its the playoffs and anything can happen in the playoffs. SO we will see around turkey season....

THe Central team of the early 90's I believe it was 92, but TOdd Helton was the QB and they averaged ocer 50 points a game, Oak Ridge was the only team to score in double digits on them, They broke a ton of TN scoring records it was amazing. We had the highlight tape in our locker room, but I dont know what happened to it. But in the history of TN football there hasnt been a larger scoring margin of any past championws.... The Next team I would have to say started with Donte Hickey and ended in 96 with their loss the Anderson County. THey won 54 games in a row, and no one at that time had a longer winning streak in the nation.....

You hit the nail on the head, that is the way I see the district playing out. The only thing is AC will lose 2 road games. 1 to LC because LC plays great at home aginst AC, and their size could be too much for them... 2nd loss coming to Kingston at their place. Kingston has the refs in their back pock, and no one ever gets a good refed game there. The refs are from the roane county area and they are loyal to their county....

Even though I am not a fan of CLinton I would have to say Lockhart can coach post players. He tooks Morris's borther Torrie and turned him from an uncordinated clutz into a top 25 D1 player. When torrie first started at Clinton he couldnt dribble and walk at the same time. The first time I played against him I fouled him out in minute and a half, but after 3 years of hard work I didnt want any of Torrie, he was a force.... If the post players are not developing then they are not working hard on their own, there is only so much a coach can do the rest is up to the player. The one downfall Lockhart does have is he gets to guard oriented, and the guard play is selfis, and the big guys get impatient and when they finally get the ball they do something studpid because they are trying to much.... If CLinton wants to be successful then they need to work from the inside out, not outside in.

We havent heard anything, we just have seen you all over the summer and you all are terrible its not trash talk it is just stating the obvious. You return one mediocre guard from last year and that is it. You lost all chance you had with losing Ringley and Peterson. It will be a bad year for OS Boys, but not for the girls... Also last years JV was terrible, I thought they might improve but seeing them play varsity this summer I felt sorry for them. You all will have a long year being last in the district....

I guess South Doyle would be ranked .5 then since they beat CLinton in a scrimmage.... Come on lets hear the excuses about what happend to Clinton.... Also Ooltewah is a great team, probably better then about everyone in knoxville next ot AE, and SOuth Doyle lost to a good team... And for McMinn Central, they are loader with talent and size that would match up well with CLinton....

the reason why carter is ahead of other teams that you might of lost to is Coach Mitchell is the real deal... He is great coach and will have about the best defense in the area next to Jody Wright. This is what they missed in past years. The one thing Mitchell is doing that is smarter then the old coach is he is visiting the middle school once a week at lunch, and meeting the kids, this will help get more people to play and will help any talent from transfering out. We all know the Carter community has talent the key is getting them to play and that is what Mitchell is doing... I am not trying to bash your old coach he is awesome. I never have seen a guy so dedicated to basketball, thats all he want to do and I respect him for that...

If you all did fumble the ball 3 times inside the 10 yard line that lead to scores, then it sounds like their offense was way to dominateing for you all, if you all let them march 90 yards 3 times against you.... That reply doesnt make much since to me... It sounds like CC has a really good football team and that everyone is just trying to take a cheap shot at them....

I know what players are pretty much coming back this year from the district and what most teams are planning on doing this year, but I want to know now that tthere has been a couple weeks of practice if there are any break through players in the district... (AND YES GUY FROM KINGSTON WE ALL KNOW THAT SITZLER CAN DUNK, PLEASE GIVE A BETTER COMMENT THEN YOU USUALLY DO) Seriously I would like to know: How Loudon is doing since they have slimmed their senior class to 1, and how transfer Jordan Hardin is doing and if he has learned to dribble with his left hand. Kingston- How Poole is playing and how Givens is adapting.. We already know how Sitzler is.. Lenoir City- How is the Kyle Lomabrdo doing with leading the team, How is the Big man underneath, both of them... We dont need to know anything about Brad Miller, we already know he will shoot about 3 for 10 from 3's during the games.. Anderson Co- Have you all got a player that has grown any and may contribute against the bigger teams of LC & Kingston, ALso, How is that PG who was a Freshman last year doing, has he grown any. He was very impressive last year, I saw him make one guy fro Loudon fall over on a cross over Scott Co- Is Lewallen Returning, if so what kind of shape is he in.. How is Jefers doing, like to know more about you all becasue it is hard to find anything aout since you all are forever away Oliver Springs- I dont think anybody really cares, because we know you all return Zero talent, and you all Zero talent on your JV last year, but you all still have the Refs in your back pocket at your place... Also, since we know your varsity isnt any good how is your freshman team going to be....

Is Hutchins still your alls coach.... If he is then I think you all will have a good team, I really like Mike he is a good guy... Catholic has good teams since that I remember since the mid 90's...

Did Harriman lose that really athletic but selfish small forward from last year... That could help or hurt you, I will just have to see how it turns out... Also, Does Rockwood return their Big Man.... If they do and they can come up with a player that he can kick it out to then they will be a good team also..

What are you talking about, did you just refer to a cheer off... Name an example when this happened. Your all students section at Kingston is lame,,,, you all sit there and socialize, you all are right behind the opposing teams goal in the second half and you all arent even a factor....

Coach Grey doesnt teach discipline at all. Yes he is getting his feet back in the door with coaching since he hasnt coached in about 7 years and that was in middle school.... They screwed over Coach Dorsett by not giving him the job and now your team will see the effects from it.... I know more about LC Basketball then I want to, I know every person on your team should I list your Depth Chart for you.... PG Kyle Lombardo/ Dorsett/ Blake JOnes (LOL) SG Brandon Dorsett/ Eric Miller 3 Man - Brad Miller/ Ryan Rhodus/ Eric Miller 4 Man- Jason Vance/ Ryan Rhodus C- Bryce Cusisck/ Vance/ Jeremy Barton (LOL) OH yeah I forgot about BLake Cline coming back, or if he hasnt quit already... Just give it time and he will.... Which is a shame becasue if he wouldnt of quit after his sophomore season then he would be starting at PG.....

KEY word being SOME could start, and that is about it.....

CAK will be turnign in their pads during the 3rd week... They played over thier heads on Friday, and now they think they are all world, and they arent... The one thing they have going for them is a great Coach... I will give CAK one other thing, for such a small school, whos percentage are girls, they do have a good program, plus their not like other small teams like Greenback & Midway where those teams grow up playing together, it makes a big difference. Which is just another credit to the coaching staff.... CAK will lose by 3 TDS

sweetwater fans are fairweather. thats why they havent been around for 2 years.... Real fans stick in the good and bad.. After sweetwater loses many games, which they will b/c they arent very good even though they think they are , then the fans will go back into their nest.....
