Brian Sommers? hes gonna be a freshman right? i thought he was at karns.... that guy can play. hes another one of those two sport players that alcoa seems to have a lot of. hes a great player.

that freshman from Fulton is Antonio Hamilton..... the guys a beast... but Fulton has plenty of great sophomores.... trust this one.

no...winning comes first. if you sit back and think them kids are gonna just come to you , ..your wrong. you need to go find these kids and go speak to their parents and sell your program. it works, i had the tssaa on me for doing this...four years later central was playing for the state title.

i can vouch for that... i remember playing against maurice davis when we used to scrimmage the older guys. i was wondering where he was at now.

i actually played with the bobcats for 3 years when i was 10, 11, and 12. Mike Ferguson was our coach. He was a great coach and we always seemed to pull out the win in the toughest situations. In my 3 years there, we lost 2 games. just 2. one was to AE in the City/County championship game 16-12. the other was to Pilot almost 2 years later.... then we came back to beat Pilot twice more that season including a double overtime thriller in the championship game. so at least for us, central wasnt that bad. but i cant say anything for the shape its in now.

yeah, ive heard the story.... im afraid my Falcon Rec League playin days are through though... i put in 5 years there. now its time to concentrate on high school ball.

boo: what position is anthony anderson starting at this year? hes a good running back but A-Harris has that position in check right now.

hey guys.... its been awhile.... good to see the AE/Fulton rivalry is still in full effect. its also good to see you all have been been putting aeroadrunners in his place someone asked who would be helping Tip at WR.... Junior Chris Pitchford should be stepping up and making some plays this year.... Josh Hinch and Desmond Humphries will also probably see some action too.... dont be surprised to see a lot of sophomores getting playing time this year... we have a great class.

i hope youre not saying they deserve the same type of publicity as fulton and AE get. We have both made it to and won a state title in the past 3 years. anderson county has not.

His name is Terry... i've played football with him since we were 7. Only time will tell on how good he gets to be. Antonio was a great player so it would be hard for anyone to fill his shoes. on another note, look out for this freshman class at fulton... seriously.

another loudon loser running off at the mouth.... i wonder if you were at the freshman football game this past season when we beat you all 48-20 (14 points on our backups).... that was a fun game.... its always fun when the other teams coach tells his players to tackle our players when we've gone out of bounds and then congratulate ur teammates when they do it. its fun when the other team resorts to spitting in our faces b/c theyre getting killed so badly. loudon is truly a class act.

we're not really big but a couple of guys play like it. our tallest player is 6'4 (wade).

what about john jones for alcoa? has he been prducing anymore than the last time i asked.

which camp did you go to? i was at one of them but i dont remember the dates, it was late june though. ive been the past four years.

ok vanderbilt, yes. memphis, maybe, but etsu? heck no. ur dreamin. and back b4 that famed meltdown of tennessee basketball we were 16-1 and #4 in the nation.... course we all know how that turned out. but 4 20-win seasons have in a row have to count for soemthing.+

i wish i could play some of these teams but the chances of playing someone outside of know county are slim.... ill leave this thread alone now.

honestly i'm not sure i see the point in having it if we're gonna wait that long. it seems like some of the excitement of winning the thing will be missing, but better late than never.

by somewhere to be in the morning i assume you mean the parade..... i cant make the parade b/c i have something else to do at 10. and someone from school just told me it was cancelled.... if thats not right then dont get mad at me for bringing it to the boards....remember: "dont kill the messenger".
