Spurgeon, the post player from HC was also named to all tournament team. I think there was another girl from MC, but I can't remember who it was.

HC and McEwen didn't play tonight-- scheduled to play on Thursday. Tennesseean has CA and JoByrns playing tonight. What about the other two games?

District 10 A boys first round-- Houston County at McEwen postponed until Thursday at 7:00.

Houston County at Merrol Hyde has been moved to 2/10 at 2:30. HC vs. Waverly on 2/12 has been cancelled.

I think much of it is left to school administrators. We had a spectator tossed this season, but he was back in the stands at the next ballgame.

HC only has one district game remaining at Merrol Hyde. It's scheduled to be played tomorrow night.

The Nashville Christian at Houston County game on 2/2 will start at 5:00. White House Heritage will play at Houston County on Wednesday, 2/3 -- not sure if that game will start at 6:00 or 6:30.

Has the game between Jo Byrns and East Robertson been rescheduled or made up? White House Heritage will be traveling to Houston County on Wednesday of next week for their make-up. Are there any other games in the district that have been rescheduled because of early January weather? Noticed that there are a host of district games on tap for Friday -- any word on those being moved?

Just saw the McEwen/East Robertson score from last night. Looked like McEwen played a great game, but also didn't see Woodard's name in the scoring column. Where was he?

Who decides if a game is or isn't played when weather is a factor? Is it determined by the home team, visiting team, school policy? Just wondering ....

Tonight's Stewart County at Houston County cancelled. No word yet on when it will be rescheduled.

I'm picking HC, Heritage, and CA in these games. Looking forward to the start of the district schedule! Can't wait to see what HC, McEwen, and Heritage do. Any predictions from anyone? New faces to watch? Haven't seen Hobson in the McEwen scores or Hulan in the NCS scores -- any info about them?

Are there any other new coaches on the girls side? Young is still at HC and Mize is still at McEwen. Glad to hear WHH has a coach; I'm sure the girls are happy too. It sounded like they had gone most of the summer without one.
