This thread sounds a lot like the "PC v.s Zion" thread. First PC win this year. Not a chance. There is too much going against them. Their own coaches hurt them, their own Superintendent is against them. They are down and I hate to say it but out. The score= PC 7 Riverside 28

Are you kidding???? Give things time to develop???? Things HAD developed! Last year they had a quality squad and the supt killed it because he had no guts and left Bradley with no coaches. They still went 4-6 and could have been 9-1. This year they might not have quite as much talent (because they kids are young and/or inexperienced), but they certainly could have won 4 of the 5 games they have played (At LEAST MTCS and Zion, and the 28-0 loss to Huntland is BS). Call your school board member today or else vote for someone else next election.

EASY Killer dont get your drawers in a wad... I would not really sit on the opposition's side. I was just trying to make a point. I think though that just cheering for the team will not save PC Football. We the fans need to get involved in the politics ...if nothing else...call for the Superintendants resignation. If all the fans know he is corrupt, which by reading most of the PC forums they all do, then we can be heard and he will have no choice but to keep the FB program alive. This guy has already hurt the program bad by firing a winning Coach, the fans cant let him drive the nail into the coffin because he will if you let him.

WELL SAID......ONly an underhanded moron would fire a winning Coach and to say that Bradley was not taking them where they needed to go was where he messed up. The only other way would be to lose every game. That is what they are doing now and if he does not fire this new Coach this season then he will be just adding to his proposterousness. (if that is a word) If you fire a Coach who was having a better season every season to hire a Coach who took the team to a no win season because you did not like where Coach Bradley was taking the team (potentially to a no lose season) and then not fire this new coach after this year, then you are correct the Superintendant wanted to team to do bad. The viking pride is still there for the boys who play the game. BUT I will tell you what happened. Everyone is calling this a "rebuilding year" I dont understand what happened. This team looked great the last three or more years. So this team should be great this year. They did not lose that many guys. They had a great new offense that was brought by Coach Bradley and then they started to win. They had the best season ever last year and then out of no where the stupid idiot Superintendant decided to hire a new coach. What the crap?! Why would anyone do that? Now look where it has got them. GOOD Call Superintendant! you MORON! And the coach who took over....well the games have spoken for themselves. The people of PC needs to let the Superintendant know that he needs to fix his mistake. And what about the old coach. well he took a job with a 3A school Hayden County and they are rolling over people they have only lost one game and it was in overtime. So I am just fed up with the bad calls due to stupid small town politics. that is why Coach Rice left and last year that is what happened to Coach Bradley. I think I will sit on Conersville side this week.

OK this one is easy, PC wins by 28. Now for this to happen a few things have to come to pass this week at practice. First, fire whoever this new coach is because he's a bum. Bring back last years Coach. I think he was tracking a little better. What the ###### happen there anyway. Second, The QB has to grow a foot this week. Third, the RB has to gain at least 50 pounds. And last, Cornersville must play their middle school players. If these things happen and the moon lines up just right with Venus....mark my words.. PC WILL WIN.

i dont know if there has been an outstanding player come out of perry county. Robert Francis does come to mind. not the best overall. definitly the best linebacker so far. the only reason he didnt go play futher was his size... what is he.. 150 lbs? LB Coach from Bethel was interested but left. Those 126 solo tackles are legit. Top 5.. 5. Robert Francis/ Josh Rogers/ Collin Bastin/ Drew Bunch/ Warren Bates/ Brad Sanders and a whole lot more would tie for top 5. always had great fullbacks (especially those under Rice.) 4. Forrest White.. would have been number one. but the knee problems he had really effected his game. his first games as a junior before the injury... none better. 3. Shannon Rainy. great Athlete. one more year under Rice would have made this kid famous. 2. Calvin Zeemer. Has the best chance to do something at the college level. 1. Chris Reed.. dont know how this season will be for Chris but last year the offense was made for him. he had nearly 1,000 yards rushing and also passed for several hundred. great defender and tackler. like most kids from PC he is smaller than most colleges like but is the best so far. i hope his carreer only gets better this year.

i believe the new coach was there in the spring, with bradley (who was there for 5 years) some say he knew he was getting the job while watching bradley practice in the spring. the program was on the right path as of last spring. as for giving time... the last one only had a season so why change with this one? i am ready for the administration to stand firm for football. who knows if this coach will stay. it is bad for the players. hang in there... the community does support you and wants to see success. go vikings /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

YES, they DID have spring practice and summer workouts! to be a supporter... you dont know much.

toilet bowl??? maybe pc will decide on what type of offense to run and stay with it. in three games i have seen 3 different offenses. gotta be hard on the players to pick it up in a week. i am not gonna predict this week. out.

they do have a fairly good secondary. derek philips 7 ints last season. cole campbell returned in secondary. forest Boutwell already has one int this year. this secondary with one exception put up 14 interceptions last season. the run defense was poor v. huntland. i would say pass d is pretty good under coach RE. with Reed back at QB, CA may lose even bigger than i first predicted. go vikings

The vikings may change the offense up this week and put the ball in the air more. The Boutwell kid has been pretty good of late. his arm looks strong and accurate, as long as the recievers learn to catch with both hands!! go vikings

who gets their first win of the season? both teams are 0 and 2 and hungry for a win. i believe Perry county can take advantage of a down CA team that just got beat by Cornersville. Perry county beats CA 2 years in a row. PC..14 CA..7

ugly game. its been a while since PC has been shut out. #11 Reed has been a focal point of the offense for 3 years and now he needs the rock more than ever. Where was the kicker of the year? why didnt he play? we have CA next week that just got beat by cornersville. go vikings

i was at the game in the spring, but i thought they did fairly well against a bigger school. 4a v 1a. they also did well considering they only had one coach doing the entire spring practice. we looked a bit confused sometimes the other night but they are under a new system. once they get it going... we will be as competitive in the region as last year. go vikings vikings 24 huntland 21 the mighty viking kicker will kick a last second fg to win the game!!

with both teams running the two tight double wing. this will be a quick game. last year was a battle but the hornets scored last. this year we have better athletes but a different system that has yet to click. hopefully we can get it together and win this first region game. vikings.. 17 hornets..14 go vikings.

the bleachers had to be replaced, they were about to be condemned or sued if they had not. those old P.O.S. bleachers should have been gone 7 years ago. the new ones do look good! i hope the vikings will to.

i believe these teams met in a scrimmage a couple of years ago but this will be the first meeting in regular season. i think the vikings will build on last years success and continue to get better. vikings by 7.

believe it. it was hard to watch. especially with no bleachers. but dont worry... it is the "new direction" for the vikings. we are a young team with a new coach... it will come together (i hope) and you better be ready by week number 9. go vikings

Is there a scrimmage game coming up? when and where? i dont know about anybody quiting. The tennessean reported we were going to a two tight, double wing. also picked to go 8th in the region. i thought we might have got some respect last season. Just got to prove it all over again. go vikings!

i think i speak for all the players and explayers that post on coacht as "vikingpride" (5or 6 guys) when i say... wow. this is crazy. where will coach bradley end up going from here? any prospects? back to the w-boro maybe? good luck to him. good luck to the new guy. go vikings
