Ok come on now...Keith Bauer stopping Brandon Warren...HAHAHA. It aint happening...The only player i have seen that plays for Heritage this year is Justin Bruce. Bauer wont shut Warren down and Heritage wont beat Alcoa.

Teeter, Yes Kurt Toro moved to Alcoa and was in the city district. Yes the whole residence moved into Alcoa. He was cleared and eligible by the TSSAA, so quit trying to hassle the Alcoa team now that the season is over and they made it to the State tournament.

Your right it is hard for a team to be another 4 times, but it all depends on who the coach decides to play this game. Alcoa should win but it all depends on who he decides to play.

Well GoMab I think you need to take a look at some seniors from Alcoa. For instance Nick Pasqua and Kurt Toro didnt even make the list and surely they are in the top 170. What do you all think about tonight's match up against William Blount and Alcoa? I believe William Blount is one of the hottest teams around right now considering they started the season 1-7. But the mighty Tornadoes are much more athletic and have a great team. I believe Alcoa will win this one tonight.

Alcoa beat AE tonight with pure heart and intensity. So now can Alcoa get some respect and be ranked?

Alcoa is definitely in a groove. They came out tonight shooting great and played with intensity and won the game. A big time three was hit by Toro that absolutely shoved the momentum in Alcoa's favor. Brandon Warren played a great physical game and Derrell dean block some impresive shots. Pasqua and Smith played great gaurd play. The alcoa team is playing great basketball and they came out and just beat AE with rebounds and less turnovers.

Who's gonna win this one? This is the game to see who is first in the district and for pride. Who do you think will win? Alcoa is playing some pretty good ball.

GoMab, If alcoa beat fulton and they also beat maryville, then why aren't they ranked? They also drilled Anderson County @ AC. They have been playing excellent basketball and I dont understand why they are not ranked.

Well I watched Alcoa take a big win tonight. The first half was full of great defense and teamwork. Deon smith locked Wally lowery down to a goose egg. Alcoa's Kurt Toro stepped up big time by scoring around 24 points tonight. Alcoa was beating AC badly but then let up in the 4th quarter. It was a good game and good win.

This will be one of the biggest games of the week and of the year. The rivalry between Alcoa and AE is a great one. The gaurds will match up well with pasqua, toro, and monroe for alcoa. I say Alcoa wins if they come out with the intensity they have had the past two games. Alcoa by 5.

Alcoa has struggled in its first two regular season games. Tonight they play Willam Blount and if they play as a team, with heart, and play with great effort, there is no doubt they will win. Alcoa is much more athletic and a lot quicker.

Gomab, Why is Alcoa not ranked in the top 20? They only lost one starter and they recieved a transfer, Kurt Toro, that plays very well and blends in with the team great. He is a good shooter and tough athlete. Also the starting 5 and 6 players that play are all great athletes. They have Nick Pasqua that shoots great, Deon Smith that lit up against Pigeon Forge in the hall of fame game, Derrell Dean an incredible athlete with awesome basketball talent, and the other wing and post player are also good ball players too. I think they should be up their with AE and Fulton on your rankings. Tell me why they are not. Thank You.

I saw Alcoa play last night and they beat Pigeon Forge. Deon Smith had an outstanding night with incredible shooting. I think he finished the night with 23 or 26. Derrell Dean and Kurt Toro also played well adding 19pts and 13pts. It was a great game and the Alcoa Boys played well.

I dont know but maybe you all have not been watching Alcoa play basketball lately. In the last three scrimmages against sullivan central, volunteer, and Halls three tornadoes have really stood out in thier play. These players are Derrell Dean, Kurt Toro, and Nick Pasqua. They have played solid ball and excellent defense. These last scrimmages they have beaten every team by atleast 20 pts. Give these boys some honors. They are great ball players.

I believe the young but now senior leaders from alcoa have a great backcourt, with Pg Nick Pasqua, New transfer Kurt Toro, Andrew Monroe, and Deon smith. All of these gaurds have a great talent. I expect too see great wins from Alcoa. GO ALCOA!!!
