Well i work with a guy that was on a team that went to state and few years back and they played the defending state chamos and the said the fact that they were the defending state champs wade heavily on their mind and they ended up osing the game and getting sent home early

I guess you all dont know much about east tenn cause milligan college is down here and they are the buffaloes so before you start talkin learn the facts it is prob a college coach and unaka holds there districts and regionals there evry other year and unakas coaches are good friends with the coaches from milligan

glad to see everyone counting unaka out for the second year atleast some of them are picking them to get to the championship game. you never count out the defending state champs. but that is why they play the games cause if they didnt the most liked team would win evertime and it seems to be temple. the only prob i got is who else can say they arent not a private school and have been to the state tournament 3 out of the last 4. Unaka played temple early in the season at home and they played horrible and the fans werent there like they were there on monday night i am sure temple prob didnt play like they were hopin from what i am hearing but of course this is why they play the games

Well Unaka might not have the quanity of players they had last year they are still playing about the same now as they were at this time last year. Do not be surprised if they find themselves back to back state champs. To be the best you got to beat the best and since Unaka is the defending champs they are the best. Oh ya when a dunk is worth three points that is when I am going to worry about doing it and I am pretty sure that is how Unaka feels. It would stink to go down and dunk one all the time and then come back for defense and they hit a three everytime and you get beat by 30 uh?

The way i see it last year doesnt matter two years ago doesnt matter even twenty years ago doesnt matter its now we are living in the moment now. Yes the gym is small and yes there are not many seats and yes the refs are sometimes one sided but let me ask you a question who won their way into that home sub-state game unaka did. It doesnt matter what ppl say its what happened and unaka won their region and got to host their sub-state game rockwood didnt win theirs so they had to go on the road and that is part of the game so deal with it and shut your mouths. Those coaches and boys work harder then any team in this area and that is why there are the defending STATE CHAMPS and goin back for the 3rd time in 4 years. Its plain and simple. Way to go Unaka go down there and win another maybe you will finally shut up these people that do not know what they are talkin about!

Weston Jeffers will be the qb while jake berkley will be able to return to his favorite position runnign back and aaron bray in the full back spot the freshman class also has some big guys coming up and they will have a learning year but will shine most of the time yo will be able to tell that they r only soph but the juniors for next year on the o line will be tough so watch out for the offense
