Not true in this case. Westview depends on Guy juking the first couple of people, we lived in their backfield last Friday but seldom caught him for a loss. I think they look at it if there are defenders in the backfield thats less that are downfield to make tackles. You cant stop Markei Guy but I do think you can slow him down by having linebackers read instead of shooting gaps. A 4-4 with one LB playing a spy would be the best D to run against Westview. JMO.

I'll take Milan by 14 (at least).

If you are referring to my post, I think you are taking it the wrong way. I have all the confidence in the world in our coaches and know that they will eventually get things straightened out....but dont lose sight of what this board is for....DISCUSSION. It's not always about rah rah this and blowing smoke up that. Its obvious to anybody who watched the jamboree that we have problems up the middle defensively and need to get better there in a hurry, and I think they will. The players know it, the coaches know it.

I'll go with 28-14 Huntingdon. No doubt we have miles to go on the defensive side of the ball (specifically the D Line) We get Big Cedric back Friday night so that will help. From what I saw from the jamboree if we put Cedric at one tackle and Logan Sellers(#56) at the other that would help tremendously. I'm not sure I wouldnt put Chris D. at one DE spot and keep Maurice at the other. Either that or just go with a 5-2 with Donald and Snyder at LB. Could I also ask why our starting QB was put in at safety? We lose Crocker and we will be in for a LONG season. Just my thoughts, what are yours?

I was in Knoxville a few weeks ago and had the honor of meeting Mr. Kelcey Finch..he of the 99 yard touchdown jaunt against the Crimson Tide. Kelcey works as a recruiting consultant for the athletic dept on the hill. Anyway,when I told him where I was from he RAVED about Chris and filled me in on what happened at the UT camp.

Awards such as this should be about the athletes......not a "membership drive". Your saying that if an athletes coach is not a member of your organization then he can't get on this list?

ELA, I see your point, however if coaches want this poll to ever have any credibility then they are going to have to start doing some homework and making sure they most deserving players are on the list. JMO.
