The defensive played incredible.just like i said earlier in this thread speed and strength aren't everything and the mustangs proved it again. great job by the coaching staff to get the guys ready. We should have shut you guys out if it hadn't been for the fumble on the five yard line and it still took yall 4 plays to get it in. guys i apologize for my statements after seeing the tape of the gp/tyner game. i'm not a lipscomb player or coach but i am a student. i probably got a little carried away i know tyner is good and will give lipscomb a challenge. i personally just wasn't as impressed as i thought i would be by tyner.either way it's gonna be an awesome game. and i wish both teams good luck . i still see the mustangs winning this one. but good luck to everyone

the lipscomb v.s. tyner will be huge it should be for the state championship. it should be a thriller tyner has the players to win but lipscomb has the coaching i'd say it's a dead lock but it is definetly the game to see.

LAst year the mustangs beat tyner 25-0. I wanna hear from lipscomb and tyner fans . Will tyner be rady this year and can they play with the mustangs or Will the mustangs win their second straight in chattanooga?

I must agree with twitty. Lipscomb is good so don't underestimate them. Strength and speed are key but not everything involves speed and strength. Last year's game was nasty and wet so tyner couldn't do anything with there speed. The rams should play good on friday if they don't overlook the mustangs.i still pick lipscomb by 3 though. I know some of the coaches over there at lipscomb and they will have a heck of a game plan ready for this one. tyner's pass offense will probably hti lipscomb up for a few good plays but the mustang secondary will step up and make big plays like they have been doing all season cause they make big plays when they have to.
