lawrence co could go to either henry co or beech pick your poison

that means nothing, lawrence co has been sent to quad 4 in the past. let me say it again its not about fairness.

it depends on where lawrence co goes quad 3 yes they have better tiebreakers and would get 5th seed in quad 3. but remember this system is not about fairness.
