Well you were told wrong. There are two sides to every story,but I wouldn't lie about something stupid like this. Of course, everyone believes the coach, they never think that the player is right. It just bothers me because lies were told and people are believing them. I'm just trying to clear it up.

Hey MtJBears and Mailman05. You guys have no idea how it "went down". I know exactly what happened because I am the horses mouth. So, MJ, stop making up stories because you didn't hear that from me. Also, when the rules change and the team isn't notified, I don't think that someone should be disciplined because they were not informed.

This is off the subject, but Antone didn't quit. Bud Brandon told her to leave. That's his fault that he doesn't have the Williams-Antone duo anymore. I heard that Antone got the rebounding award two years in a row for that team. Bud should've thought about that before asking her to leave.

I missed the show, but hopefully it'll air some other time. I have personal experience with Coach Insell, and I have to say that I've never had more respect for anyone else in my entire life. You guys really got to see the how it all works. So, next time someone feels like bashing Shelbyville because you think they recruit or run up the score, think again. They're real people just like you and me.

I don't understand why some people have to bash on the girls just because they don't like Shelbyville. I mean just drop it and be happy for the girls. PLEASE.

Everybody gives credit to Amber Lain for all of Wilson Central's glory. Don't get me wrong, Amber Lain is a good player, but what about the rest of the team. You have to have a defense to play behind her when she pitches, and there are 8 other bats in the line up. Overall, I think Wilson Central will do pretty well at this tournament. Good luck to everyone!!!

Wilson Central should walk away with a win here. They'll be pumped for the game because White House beat them at their home field for the season opener. Who are some prospects for the two teams??? Anyone have any thoughts on some girls that have impressed them?

lpmarlowe..you're wrong, there are too old team mates between MJ and WC. They may not have played at the high school level together, but they played together in junior high and were one heck of a team. Just imagine, if you joined MJ and WC together, what an awesome team they would have. They would be unbeatable. Unfortunately, the talent was split between the schools and it will be a good game. Hopefully whoever can, will try to make it out to this game on Friday night. It'll be a good one.

First of all,Osbymartin...I thought we already got this straightened out with you. It's NOT the girl's fault that the loss wasn't counted. Wilson Central should get respect for being a good team. You guys cut them down because of one dumb thing like that. Also, flngrvy..why do you have to try and start crap? It's so immature. Just let it go. That was how long ago? That's right, the beginning of the season. Instead of getting on here and knocking a team for not counting a loss, why don't you respect EVERY SINGE team? Also, just to get it straight, they're 13-2. I'm not kissing anybody's butt for your information.I did read your post. My deal is that you go from saying pretty crappy stuff about their team to all of a sudden having interest in them. I've never even seen them play, but if you were smart enough to read the rest of my post it would say that I respect them because they have beaten top ranked teams. So don't do any name calling and make anymore comebacks until you learn to read, spell, and use grammar correctly. There is a difference between there,their,and they're.

Granted MJ deserves the credit of beating Shelbyville at MJ's home gym in early December, therefore, Mt. Juliet should be praised for their EARLY season victory. The only thing is that MJ hasn't played the caliber of teams that Shelybyville has played. So, if you put MJ against those teams that have beat Selbyville,then I'm sure that MJ's 100% record against nationally ranked teams would be different. The only thing is that it's not realistic. So, we'll see you in March. IF you get there. Also, beating Northwest by 75 points does not prove that MJ can take on nationally ranked teams.

Osbymartin.....it's awful that you're sitting there and calling Wilson Central pathetic. It's not the girl's that choose which games they want to count, it's the coaches. Therefore, instead of basing your poll on whether or not Wilson Central counted a game, base it on talent and ability of the team. Maybe they shouldn't be at the top, but don't boot them off the enitre poll because they didn't count a game. It's really sad that people get so worked up about posts on this website. It's unbelievable! Just support your team and exchange ideas. Don't attack teams or players just because you feel so much loyalty to your team.
