Charles Dotson is the Assistant at Humboldt. He played at Humboldt, Jr College at Navarro in Texas, and at Texas State for a couple years. Then played pro ball in Mexico.

Prather should knock CJ out of the top 5 then. He's not in the same class as those 5. Sorry if that offends some people, but that's my opinion. I've seen him play plenty over the last four years too. He is a good high school player and hard to stop, but he's not "Casey Prather good"!

Humboldt won by around 10, but it should've been more. Humboldt's girls are a lot more athletic than any 1A team we've played this year, and they have the two best ballhandlers in the district, and maybe the best post player. /hungry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":hungry:" border="0" alt="hungry.gif" />

Humboldt had lots of unforced turnovers against Union City. Humboldt did not have a turnover in the backcourt against Union City's press until the 4th quarter. They did not take care of the ball at all once they got it past halfcourt. If they had've, it would have been a whole lot worse.

Humboldt vs Dyer Co this summer at Murray State. Humboldt had Dyer Co down 27 in the 3rd quarter. The JV played the whole 4th quarter, Dyer Co left their starters in and got the game within 10 points at the end.

Humboldt beat Union City pretty badly tonight. They were up by over 30. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE STATUS OF THE YOUNG LADY FROM UNION CITY THAT DISLOCATED/BROKE HER ANKLE? That was one of the worst things I have seen!

Liberty was never up by 30 and Bolivar wasn't up by 15. Humboldt led almost the entire Bolivar game. If you are going to report on something, report facts! I think you have some players confused!

Humboldt played about as sorry and out of sync as possible the first two games. Never got into the flow of the game, but Bolivar and Liberty probably had a little to do with that. The "little" left handed guard is Antonio Brooks. He is a 5'2 Freshman, but he doesn't know it /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> He's going to give people fits the next couple years! He hit 5 threes in the first half the last game against Austin-East. Humboldt beat them by over 20.

Liberty at 10. Bolivar at 11. Austin East at 1.

Tevin Crayton has already made a 22 on his ACT and has around a 3.6 gpa. Charles Taylor has gotten a lot stronger since last season! I think a lot of people will be suprised by these two this year, not to mention Jarvis Porter, Rashad Wade, DeAndre Perry, Quenton Jennings, Joseph Gordon, and Darren Dunbar. 7 of these kids are seniors.

Humboldt has more talent than any team in the District! They won't finish 5th.

I would be willing to make a little wager that Humboldt has 2 leftys that are better shooters.

Rashad Wade hit 8 3's before halftime in a game this season and had 40 something in the game. You could out him in there with the double figures thing. Joseph Gordon is a scorer too.
