I have heard nothing but good things about Southside so i expect this game to be another Bolivar type substate thriller, I cant wait until tomorrow!!! GO BOBCATS, WE READY!!!

Tyler Smith has recorded 6 or more dunks in several games this year. The game that comes to mind is the one in Marshall Co. He already had about five, when he stole the ball a went on a break-away and flew through the air and threw down the Lebron James double clutch reverse dunk!!! It was the tightest dunk i have ever seen!!! He gives new meaning to the phrase"above the rim" The 'birdman' can flat out fly!!!

Dont know anything about Seymour, but hopefully the Mustangs can pull it out, i take the Mustangs by 5. Jana Cross will come up big like she always does in this game.

Not trying to be smart but you cant sell standing room, the fire marshalls wont allow it. I was among the first in line to receive my tickets and people were lined up down the road that leads past our school, the tickets sold out in about 45 minutes, it was amazing the amount of people there to get tickets. There is 500 more to be sold Monday but they will be hard to get im sure. All i know is i got my two tickets, and i am going to witness an awesome game. Looks like its going to be another great substate showdown!!! GO BOBCATS, lets handle our business on the court tomorrow.

This game will make for an awesome substate game. Hopefully Giles can win and advance to state. I think we can win this one if we just play like we know how, i expect us to come out firing in this one. Jackson Southside is an awesome team and i am looking forward to another substate thriller between two great teams. GO BOBCATS!!! Stay focused, state is just within our grasp!!! Bolivar will win this one easy, Sycamore wont be shooting the lights out against Bolivar thats for sure, no offense to Sycamore but Bolivar will have their way with yall. Bolivar is too strong, yall can shoot threes all you want b/c after the first quarter or two your team will be worried about how they are gonna score more than 30 or 40 points and not how they are gonna win. I wish yall luck but i just dont see it happening. One more thing, its time for yall to stop complaining about Giles Co. because the bottom line is we won, and Tyler destroyed yall. Giles fans arent complaining about your fans during the game, do you honestly think we care? This 50/50 crap is about to make me sick, 70/30 or somewhere around that sounds better to me, as long as all of our students can make it in, being as we are the only ones that cheer, parents just dont know how to get hype. And actually a rematch with Bolivar is what we would like to see so stop being an absolute moron reppin05 and next time actually know what u are talking about. This whole thing is stupid. All the tickets not sold in advance will be sold before the game, but it will be hard for anyone to get one of them. The gym holds somewhere around 1500 or more people and b/c tickets are split about 750 are to go to each school, Its all a big jumbled up mess if u ask me. We need to figure out a better way to handle this.

First of all Tyler was not babied, Tyler was picked on by the refs throughout the whole region tourny. Tyler has continued to prove himself everynight and you people get on here and hate on Giles as well as Tyler. IS 37 POINTS IN THE REGION CHAMPIONSHIP NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU?!? Sycamore fans acted like a bunch of little kids after the game, following opposing fans and trying to start fights is a little stupid. Giles has a great chance to repeat as champs if they just play like they know how to play. Logan had no chance to stop Tyler, nobody on Sycamore's team can even match up with Tyler, he dominated Sycamore so stop blaming the loss on the refs and all that other crap because Tyler would have destroyed you anyway, and on top of that we won. Fairview, before yall start posting and bashing Loretto because some how you won, ask yourself this, do you think you can even hang with Giles Co.? So its Giles Co. vs Fairview Wednesday. Sounds like a good place for Giles to start a run!

The only thing you need to know is Giles will be on top no doubt, and Lewis Co. will be next. The other teams really dont matter, Giles has drilled every one of these teams by 20 or 30 every time that they have played, so it doesnt really matter about Marshall, Loretto, and all the others because basically they have no chance. Not being mean but be realistic, do you really think any of these teams can hang with Giles? I dont think so. Giles will definately continue to roll, as for the other teams, all i can say is good luck. For all who didnt know, this is the Tyler Smith show!!! Loretto, Marshall, and Fairview are horrible so the district tourney will be no surprise, GILES on top and Lewis behind.

Tyler Smith can throw it down better than anyone. He can dunk anytime he wants. Ask the whole Bradley Central team, he dunked on every one of them at the same time . The kid can flat out dunk!!! If you dont believe me, come to a GCHS game and you will know first hand the dunking ability of the ''Birdman"

Kash Givens from Giles Co. He is very consistent and is perhaps the best rebounder on the team. He hustles game after game and battles for loose balls. He also can score at will but would rather get it to a teammate who has a better chance to score. He is very unselfish and if you ever come to a GCHS game, watch #30, he's everywhere. Did I mention he can throw the perfect alley oop to anyone? Kash is a very hardworking player and deserves credit for the things he has done for GCHS.

Great win by Giles Co. we definitely needed that win. Great job of defense by both teams and both teams fought hard. Great game by both teams and good luck to Page for the rest of the year. The Ewings played well and they both showed that they could shoot the 3 ball. Great job Bobcats and Patriots.

I could definately deal with big orange, or light blue and white. Tyler a vol, great, I would love to see Tyler play at Tennessee. The future is definately looking up for UT mens's basketball, Buzz is slowly making them into a great team. Watch out, with these players Tennessee is getting, they could become a college powerhouse in a few years, their time is coming. The Tyler Smith Show in Knoxville , imagine that!!!

If my boy Tyler leaves for Oak Hill great!!! I will be the first one to pat him on the back, shake his hand, wish him luck, and thank him for the AWESOME years he graced us with his ABSOLUTELY AWESOME talent and skill, and for all the great times and things that he gave us and that he gave Giles Co. sports as a whole. He brought excitement every game to a town which lacked that type of love towards a team and a player. He has taken the GCHS basketball program to a new and awesome level. He is the greatest thing to come out of Giles Co. and he gave us a reason to love a sport so greatly as we do now. He gave us, along with the rest of our awesome team, a reason to start one of the best student sections i have ever seen. Tyler has done a lot for our town, and maybe people can now understand why we love Tyler so much. If Tyler stays awesome, we can lead another march for another gold ball, and give everyone one last tast of the BIRDMAN, and his awesome talent. WOW, just imagine a whole new year of Tyler and his HUGE dunks. Dont forget about the team, we would definitely dominate every team that comes in our way. But dont for one minute think that we cant win without Tyler. We have an awesome crop of sophmores and juniors, some of which will turn out to be some of the best players in the state. Dont forget about Channing Coffey who would definitely carry the torch for this Bobcat team, and lead us to a gold ball. Channing is a superstar who is just waiting for his time to blow everyone away. In my mind he is already one of the best in the state. We can still get it done without Tyler so either way, WATCH OUT CAUSE THE BOBCATS ARE STILL AND WILL BE THE BEST!!! Dont even doubt it! Tyler will make the right decision, and either way he goes, we will forever back his decision, and we will forever remember the guy who came in and turned a whole town around and a guy who brought a new love to us all. TYLER WILL FOREVER BE A BOBCAT NO MATTER WHAT!!! So Tyler, do what you think is best because we will back you no matter what. GO BOBCATS, Lets get another gold ball to add to the first one!!! I am so terribly sorry Columbia, I never meant for our team to beat you. We swept yall this year and thats that. The reality is, Steve is not Tyler, We beat yall twice this year, and we are no longer concerned with Columbia what so ever. I repeat, WE ARE TRYING TO WIN ANOTHER GOLD BALL, and we dont want to argue with a bunch of upset fans who cant accept the fact that we beat yall twice, and Tyler just basically smashed Steve's head as well as everyone else on Columbia with quite a few dunks .
