not quite. i worked literally every day and spring break so i missed alot of practice there. josh is down to a 1:58 what he ran in georgia over break. see what he does against hill tomm at county

not to down any antioch runners. but i don't see why a coach would put someone in a race when their times aren't nearly close to what they say and let their runners get imbarressed. i know i'd hate if my coach put be down for a 1:57 or something in the 800 and i come in around 2:02. i don't see why you'd do it to the runners of your own and also to the runners that deserve to be in that race

lol looks like antioch had a few that didn't quite live up to their expectations

Cole Tanner from Lavergne signed with Cumberland University as a cross country and wrestler

another fat man relay at the rutherford co championship today. we had anyone who doesn't do a running event run it. lavergne won the 4x100 m relay

its the rutherford co championship. lavergne, blackman, riverdale. oaklland siegle and eagleville. i only know some of lavergnes places though. Matt morgan got 4th in the shotput and ran the third leg on the very interesting fatman relay. Jim hurder(siegle) won the 3200 followed by josh carrol (lhs- 10:21) chris berry(bhs)austin hall(lhs- 10:41) and cole tanner (10:55)

year MBA has a strong 4x800 team. they 800 runners fly and if that are the splits from FRA is gonna be pretty tough for them

yeah that is terrible. sad to say though. after a race i don't think anyone cares whos drink ends up in their hand.

i still can't belive how much faster the midstate has got in the 800. i got in the great 8 as a sophamore w/ a 2:07. last year i was the second alternate w/ a 2:03. the 800 has really changed alot over the years i've been in high school. good luck to all the runner at the meet. to bad we have the county meet that day. i'd love to be there

only the top 8 do run. thats just a list of all the times sent in i belive.

Dana Basley from lavergne is a freshman and has had very fast times for a newcoming in distance

the thing is are you talkin about the best track athlete or the best all around sports athlete

yeah i don't think track around here compares to vanderbilts

Clay Hannah goes to wilson central i belive. we has one of the states top XC runners. i doubt a fast 3200 wouldn't be supprising from him

i know Noel (brentwood) burnt everyone in 3200, not supprising. But Pair was fairly close behind. but the distance between them 2 and the 3 place was a pretty good distance.

brentwood as in brentwood high school. i think tullahoma has the most unusual. the straightaways are so much longer than the turns.

i just wear my new balance cross country spikes. i belive their the XC230s. I've wore kenedys and it never made that big of a differance to me.

i just got back from the scott hartman relays in brentwood. their track seemed very short. times were the same though, i dunno something about some tracks seem short

i hope so. our last guy is really what we're looking for right no. theres other fast distance guys from XC but just don't quite have the kick for an 800. i think we'll end up pulling a 400 runner into the mix

that would be correct.... have you seen any of the clarkville schools run this year?

i was laughing sayin i hope they keep dropping to. i qualified last year barely. but the clarksville schools always have some fast runners. but i havn't ran against any of them yet
