125 lb class kenwood, but he wants me to gain about 10 lbs so when i start running and loss it i'll be at 125. kpatt, both sports are over this year, and the wrestling forum is closed lol so give me a break if i get talkin about it

I'm gonna eat a few things i havn't got to eat all year. Maybe in about 2 weeks i'll pick it back up again for college. I just have a problem because my college wrestling coach wants me to gain about 10 lbs and if i do that its gonna slow me down in cross country. So i guess i gotta work out alot and make sure that 10 or so lbs is muscle.

i say all top 3 go under 8:00 i think it'll be that close. definatly be the race to watch

they gotta make state first, and a pulled hamstring don't sound very good for them to make it happen

what division is elizabethon? i know their in our wrestling division but i am not sure about track

yes we did runner boy. look for that sub 8:00 at state . watch beech to, if they can go from a 8:36 to an 8:10 you don't know what those kids can do

Josh Carroll from lavergne has run a 1:58 beating Hill and a 1:57 in a 4x800 split

baylor is not in lavergnes division AAA, therefor lavergne has the second fastest time so we are not that far behind oak ridge.

Creasey from siegel? i have never heard or seen him before. i know we didn't go to state in 800 and i didn't see him in the county meet either. Track4life i think we are doin 4x800 there, we're tryin to see how well we're all gonna recover before the 800. see also won distict last night in the 4x800 and josh carroll won it in the 800 at 2:01. alot slower we had alot of guys sick last night

i dunno about seigle, i know hill ran that 1:57 and is capable or better and hurder could probly hit 2:04 but i dunno who else they have as an 800 runner. i havn't seen anyone else on their team do it but i wouldn't be supprised for them to find someone to throw in there. i think siegel is capable of anything after watchin them in XC

i was first leg i had a 2:03, ben hart had a 2:11, austin hall had a 2:04 and carroll had a 1:57

i havn't seen them, i went home after the 1600 and i havn't got mine yet. their like last years aren't they. just bigger?

that was the true A team. everyone showed up. the splits were 1:57, 2:03, 2:04, 2:11. me and the last leg really ddin't have a good race. i think when region time rolls around the top 3 should be all under or very close to 2:00. i still think region is gonna be a good race. i think beech will probly put something together also they always do

I"M not sure if our 4x800 team is gonna be there or not due to prom. lol so if they end up running about 30 seconds slower we weren't lieing

thanks, um... we only had field events and the 3200 yesterday. josh carrol got 2nd. austin hall 4th and i got 5th so we got a few of the points back that riverdale got up on us in the polevault. um.. as far as region josh carroll from lavergne is at 1:58. theres a brentwood guy around 2:02 and a guy from NW i belive thats doin well. we have still yet to run the 4x800. more points if we spread it out. but i think we'll be running it saturday at the kenwood classic. by the way who are you?
