I agree that Smith Co. is very good in District play and in season play, and will be at the top in Districts! However, I think JC will give you a run because they have multiple Die-hard Seniors on that team that are thirsting for that District Championship, and wanting to make it to REGIONALS! Good luck to all the teams, especially JC! Who knows who will be contenders till the season starts!!!!!! BEst of luck to the Seniors at JC and to "The Coach", Mark Hensley at his first year!

Baseball for JC next year in 7-A will be fine! I have high expectations for us this year! And also for next year! We have about 7 seniors this year, and we will be fine, as long as we play as a team, and try to win as a team! The field and the new press box and bleachers are coming great! Looks like this will be one of the nicest in the district! Considering Celina isnt in our District!

I didnt get to go to this one because I was at work, but I listened to it on the radio! JC made to many turnovers in the first half, and that made them go down by too much! Its not just the refs fault, I agree Bobbo, they are in inconsistent in their calls, but at the same time, even thought refs do sometimes blow a game, its turnovers like we had that really cost us in the beginning and the Bees took advantage. If not for the turnovers, JC would have came out the winner! And to the person who said Upperman was now in the drivers seat, I believe they were in the drivers seat before this game, because JC was already 2 games back of the District, and with JC only 3 District games remaining, against Smith, LA, and Cannon, and with Upperman only two games, against York and LA, which they wont lose both, if they even lose! It will be JC and Upperman in the Districts, Regionals, and maybe STATE!

Well, well, if it aint the "devil" himself! Good to see you again devilfanatic! Hadnt posted to you in a while! I think this game will have alot of meaning to it, even though it doesnt count for to much! The JC boys could have a 3-4- even 5 game win streak, if bad ball control at the end of the game, especially in the 4th, wasnt a factor! I still think JC and its young team will pull out the win against the bulldogs and not just because im from here! JC by 3! GL BOYS! Lets get a win, FLYNN!

Well just maybe we'll play again in the District Tourney and we'll show you again! Brown is an awesome player, but JC would still and will still beat you again! Given its a team effort! And Im sure it will be! If all sides are clicking together it will be hard to beat us again!

The three main front runners for best coach would have to be Jim Brown, JC, Rick Insell, Shelbyville, and Lamar Rogers, Clarkrange! The Edge of course, goes to JB!

This situation is active at many schools! I had a post similar to this last year to see the results, because I thought it was just our school, but it turned out to be a majority of the schools fans are this way. Unless the teams are AWESOME, winning, or going to a Championship of some sort, most fans just dont show support for their teams. Your right, Fans should go watch their team and support them no matter if they are winning or losing. Im glad someone brought up the issue again this year, because it certainly needed addressed again. All I can say, is continue going out and cheering for your team, and maybe, just maybe, you will encourage others to do the same, thats about all you can do! JC has had an up and down year, and we are not as dominant as we once were, BUT, we have the HOGEYES under control. The Ross twins have finally gotten use to the offense, and now we are starting to show that we can win if all "circuits are clicking right." Good luck to the Lady BLue in this one! POTG-Dyer! With the exception of a young team, i think, JC's Gary Flynn is very underrated. The team is so young, and it will take years to rebuild the team. Flynn is a good person and a great coach, and I hope the best for him, and I hope he is given the chance to prove what he can do. given a few years. Coaches cant be judged on in a couple years, in takes years to build a team. Good Luck Coach Flynn.

Courtney Dyer has to be one of the top Freshman in the state. She is an all around good player and a good three point shooter. Best of luck to her, and the Lady Blue Devils.

Bad game for the Lady Blue Devils! It was a bad called game, but we still should have played better, you cant blame it all on th refs! Better Luck next time!

This should be another good rivalry game, as the game will probably be close, like all the times JC/UHS play. Look for alot of three point shooting, and maybe a high scoring game, we will see what Upperman brings to the table. Good Luck Lady Blue Devils, and lets get back in the swing of things. Well looks like its time for another District game again tonight, as the Lady Blue Devils take on the Lady Dragons of York. It should be a good game, and JC should prevail victorious, but a main goal will have to be control Brandy Brown, and keep her away from shooting the ball alot. Good Luck Lady Blue and as always, look for the Blue to pull out a win. Like many have posted, I think as well that the top teams will be Upperman, Smith County and of course, Jackson County, Lady Blue Devils! Good Luck to all.

Well Well! Another big rivalry between the Lady Blue Devils, and the much respected Smith County Owls, at least from my standpoint, dating back to last year. It looks to be a big game, but the edge definately goes to the Lady Blue Devils! It will be close, but we will prevail. JC, though young, could have two legitimate players on their roster that could be some of the best sophomore players in the state, if they get hot down the stretch. Guess we will wait n see.

Yes. they have two pretty dang good Hensley boys on the team that can drain the three ball. They have two good juniors, and a good sophomore as well. Ill leave names disclosed to resolve conflict.
