Hannah Lester from Coffee County has 2 so far this season...way to go girl!

I'm not sure I was at the same game as gomidstate. I did not see the umpire stick up his middle finger nor did I see any of the lady raiders spit in their hand before shaking and I was there til the end. It may have been a bad call at first but then again I thought the call at home was a bad call giving lc their only run of the game. i thought both teams played hard and played to win. Cheslea pitched a great game and we pulled the game out because of an error. Rivalry is a good thing and makes the girls dig hard for the win but lets not bad mouth either team. Looking forward to coming to your house soon.

Coffee lost to Blackman 2-1 on Friday and tied Hendersonville 0-0

Blackman won 1-0.

Way to go ladies!!! On to Blackman!!! Kasie...outstanding pitching! We're all so proud of you. It was a great win. Now let's get the bats going for Wednesday.

Coffee county vs. Shelbyville rescheduled for Tuesday April 27. As far as I know, it is JV @5 and Varsity @7

Coffee County successfully uses the bunt to advance runners. I would be surprised to hear that any of our players have been told they do not have to bunt. Coach Floyd is doing a great job with the girls and it is all about teamwork not who hits the long balls.

To Soddy player #6....that was an awesome hit to center field...I thought it was going to clear that fence!!!

Great softball players: They would play it in the rain, they would play it while in pain. They would practice after school, practice whether hot or cool. They give their all at every game they encourage others to do the same. They love the game, they love to play they love to play it every day.

goingdeep....a win tonite over Franklin county 5-3 in the 9th inning. Brittany Sain had an awesome game at 2nd base tonite. Ashlee started pitching and Kasie closed. Amber Young and Hannah Lester played right field. Stay safe!!!

Haven't heard anything since around 10pm last night. They were still trying to line up a doctor in Chattanooga and then transfer Whit. Anybody with any news please post so we can all stay updated. Whit we love you and we're all praying for you!

I think the JV score against Beech was 5-1. No errors in the JV game. It is my understanding that Beech played 5 of their varsity starters in the JV game. I don't know if that is accurate or not. Coach Floyd is doing a great job with the girls! goingdeep....hope you get to come home soon to see some of the games!
