No, I have a sissy soccer tournament out in the rain and cold while yall are in the nice warm gym.

Yeah ok soccer is a sissy sport i'm sorry and i guess basketball isn't even though everytime someone gets touched they call a foul. I dont really care what santa fe does with spring hill I wish them luck and i hope they do beat them i was commenting more on when someone said central was scared to play santa fe which they are not, maybe it would be a good game. And i will stick to soccer because im good and thats why ive been to a state tournament which is something Santa Fe basketball hasnt done if im not mistaken. Maybe Santa Fe is just a low budget school that needs to be shut down and all the athletes could come to central and excel at a sport.

If someone said they didnt want to play santa fe because they were gonna get beat they were probably being sarcastic. I dont think Spring Hill or especially columbia is scared to play them...ha...they prolly dont want to play them because they will be wasting thier time.

No one ever said CA was an elite team. If im not mistaking when the topic was started it said best team not in the state tournament. There are 8 teams in the tourament right? So that means they could be in that field of 8 but not an elite of A/AA.

I think she means inside the goal. Take away the box. There was some controversy whether or not the ball was over the line.

After an elimination round at substate saturday night which teams in all divisions do not get to make the trip to state but could possibly be one of the better teams there. AAA-Franklin A/AA-Columbia Academy

This was a great game...well played by both teams. Grace scored with 6 minutes left in the game. A very tough loss for CA but they had their chances. The girls had a great year and good luck next year CA and good luck to Grace at state.

I was close. Giles County never had any real good scoring chances. A great game by CA. Good luck thursday girls.

Treymayne Coger of Columbia is a good running back.

Columbia has a great sophmore QB. A senior got the start against shelbyville Friday night but wasn't getting the job done so he was replaced by sophmore Antres Booker who took control of the game. He also had and interception on the defensive side.

The lions ran away with this one in the second half after shelbyville's QB got hurt. I hope he is gonna be ok if he has a career in baseball....Columbia won this game tonight because they cut down on their turnovers.

Turnovers are the problem.

I would be willing to all the intense speedwork, Im just not willing to give up soccer for track. At cross country practice speed work is my favorite day.

The weather looks good right now. CA just spends too much time and money on their field to tear it up. It looks really good though....just a little short for guys to play on.

Only a light mist at times in middle Tn. I know Fairview and CA played im sure others around here did too.

Columbia got a new kicker last week but didnt get a chance to kick in the hillwood game.

HA...i guess the fans have to keep themselves entertained somehow since they have never won a game. No one get mad im not trying to be mean I just saw this as a good opportunity to add some laughter to the boards.

Bobby Sheilds is Columbia's quaterback but he was taken out against hillwood and replaced by sophmore Antres Booker. This kid could be a great one in two years. Columbia has about 5 different guys that run the ball. Two of them are brothers and another one is Fred Sparkmans half or step brother im not sure which. If they would quit throwin interceptions and just run the ball they would be great with such depth in the running game.

Columbia Academy is pretty good this year even though their record doesnt show it right now. I know they lost one game because their keeper got hurt. They did not lose many players at all last year that graduated and Adrian is still there....she is only a sophmore i believe. From the scores ive seen from the Katie Hunter tournament in Oak Ridge they are doing good.
