I think cookeville wins by 3 touchdowns. big rushing game for wolf. and a few big plays in the air. it will be entertaining since the pioneers are finally improving after years of being not very good. good luck to both.

this has been a heated game every year it has been played. last time cookeville went to lebanon it was an amazing comeback. not this year, it will just be a win, not an easy one but a win. Cavaliers take away the blue devil pride. Cookeville wins.

This is getting rediculous. no need for low blows and crap about class and other sports. lets talk about match ups and things like that not, who is more classy. Cookeville stomps a mudhole in sparta. - i quit doing predictions after i went crazy last year trying to get them right after the 2 straight.

not gonna be 51-14, but that would be really nice. every year sparta has a better team and chance at beating cookeville, according to them. this is another case of put your money where your mouth is. we'll see what happens on the field.

Is it gonna be cookeville all over sparta(like mots games in recent years) or does this years warriors have what it takes to take down their most hated 111 rivals? I think Cookeville wins in front of what may be the largest crowd in Eddie Watson history. But lets hear it.

Nice stat SergeantOwl22. Seems like the teams are very even. will be a good match, no need for either team's fans to go and make wild brash predicitions or bash. It was a good game to schedule and will help both teams with their quest at going deep into the playoffs.

anspa, cookeville is above average. Coach Joslin is one of the best if not the best coaches in the state. Monroe may be good but there is no reason to bash joslin with out knowledge. he's got 2 region championships in the last 3 years at cookeville and at his other school we'll just say he went all the way. It will be a good CLOSE game.

I'd Definately say livingston is middle tennessee, even though the rest of that region isnt. It isn't just about champions, its about top to bottom the best, east may have some champions but middle has a lot of awesome teams, and if you look at how much better riverdale was than any other championship team it shows middle's greatness. Nashville, Murfreesboro, and the many out lying county schools are overall better than east and west.

he was a hot head. i saw him take a few plays out from when his hand got hit, i believe from throwing the ball but after i saw how he acted nothing would surprise me. to Black Shirts, white county is cookeville's oldest rival, and they are said to have a better team than usual but it doesnt take much to be better. i doubt they are anything special.

Cookeville has a ton of seniors. And alot of quality in that class too. just a few underclassmen needed. It will be interesting to see if they can stay healthy, because if they do, they will be very tough to beat. And they have 3 new teams on the schedule this year, and have a bye week, which will make it interesting to see how caoch j handles that. either way the scrimmage was a plus for cookeville and they should roll on to the next few tune ups before the first game at Ooltewah.

Alright let me clarify. When i say Oakland was weak, i mean considering they are Oakland and i assumed they would be much better. About Cookeville being fresh, they were on the field at 2:30 which is when they were told to come. i wasn't trying to be extremely biased towards the teams. It was hot and it is an early scrimmage so it is hard to tell a whole lot. The one thing i disagree with is what fromthetop2 said about brentwood's QB being willing to dish it back. By saying "get on my level, your thrid string" to some guy on Oakland after he made a really good run. It was unprovoked and classless. i expected better. He also was almost sacked a few times and the whistle would blow and he would strut and yell like he just made a nice run. I'll give it to him because he has skills, but he has a bad attitude, and makes Brentwood look like jerks. That may not be how it was, but thats how i saw it, and yes i was there to see it.

Oakland was weak. real weak considering they are from the boro. Brentwood looked pretty good, too much flash and pizzaz. their Qb ran his mouth alot, he was good not great. Cookeville was very solid. surprisingly solid soo early. Good scrimmage considering the heat and the pads had only been on for 3 days.

525 clean, i'd pay go money to see that. i'm not saying that was a lie but that other guy did. 315 is still really good, but i am big on hype, how about we just let them play. we have a few weeks no sense in talking crazy....cough..525...cough.
