This kid cannot be stopped in AAA. He has already ran a 9:24 2 mile and a 4:22 indoor mile.

Cross didnt do much, he only had 4 with no treys. But John Presley stepped up with 17 and Donald was the X-factor with 30. Both played very well offensively. The entire Lebanon team was clicking in the 2nd half. Plus Jesse Allens high flying dunk in the 4th lifted the team.

The 3200 race was very fun to watch. Both runners were neck and neck at the end and was an excellent finish to the race.

The second and third times are honest because the results are here on coacht. But exactly i would rather be honest and not go then be lying and go.

Nobody said Hannah was better than Williamson. Cross-country dont mean anything on track though. It is just the one that wants it the worst is gonna win.

If the race is close in the 3200 in AAA it ought to be a free for all. Because in CC 2,3,4 was right together.
