It has to be Gilliam, West, or Ledbetter.
I would have to say Ledbetter is by far the most talented player in the district. And I read an article from the Herald-Citizen the other night that said the scoring went like this....
YAI: Derrick Ledbetter 19, Bryant Tipton 15, Blakely Garrett 10, Burke 9, Stockton 9, Buck 5, Beaty 2.
UHS: Jordan Case 18, Alan Asberry 15, Dustin Burgess 14, Trey Gilliam 10, Jones 9, Palmer 3, York 2.
10 points is not an MVP performance, but maybe he had an off night.
After all of this being said, Ledbetter is the most talented baller in the district, but my vote would still go with Brad West because he has lead his team to finish first in the district (if i'm not mistaken).
