If you are referring to the State Championships won by Jackson county, then not only am I aware of them, I got to see them all in their trophy case. But, their success does not a district make. I dont have a district of my own, I dont play girls basketball....But, it would be the same as station camp making a play that they are good because upperman is in their district. I have not intended on making you mad. I just did not believe that York will beat Upperman. Based upon what I have seen. Again I am not playing the game, they wont let me..lol...I can make one safe prediction..Your gold ball streak will not continue unless you can count the one that Jackson COunty could win in A ball. Smile :0)

If this was the york team that was playing in the knoxville classic, it will be a true test of what upperman really has. If upperman is as good as people say they should win by 20, if the game is close then upperman is not as good as people think. Based upon their early win against D.C.A. it would be supposed that upperman is the real deal and after seeing york play a couple of games in Knoxville York is a good team in a weak district.

This game will be really close at tip-off probably 0 to 0, if Whitehouse can get the first basket they will have a lead. It will be their only lead. D.C.A. has a very good starting 5, they will blow White House out. The only way this will be a White House win is if the D.C.A. bus does not start and D.C.A. has to forfiet. Of course I do remember early in the year how so many people on T. said that D.C.A. and Ezell were overated and would not win in AA, I guess they were right, I think they have 2 losses combined........

Ezell has a lot more than just Mcclellan and Pratt, this is a tallented bunch, I just don't believe that they can use thier smaller line up--and try and press a team that play's as many games together during the summer as Ezell does. The lefty Davis who (in the post )has been scoring plenty and the center Lackey also did not play well against Lipscomb, I just think that if Ezell uses the big lineup which has Smith, Lackey, Mccallaster, Deathridge and McClellan, the line up used with some changes against fulton, they can limit Lipscomb to one shot per trip, which is what FRA did with Chenger, Jackson, Cannady and also what Goodpasture did with players who are just being taught to play the post position. If EZell wants to press then go to it after Lipscomb makes some changes otherwise they will have trouble with lipscombs size. But, what do I know I'm just chucking them from the cheep seats

after seeing them both play at least 3 times, Ezell is a better ball club. But, you cant press everyone. Ezell beat fulton by going to a 2-3 zone, this allowed fulton only one shot. Ezell thinks they can press lipscomb and they just cannot. Inorder for Ezell to win they have to play a zone with Lipscomb. Thats how FRA beat lipscomb and how goodpasture came close to beating lipscomb. Lipscomb is lacking a go to person and if you control the boards you can beat them. Ezell is an intersting story, I have seen them play with a small team and press people to death, and I have seen them use different players and play zone. The next game against Lipscomb will be interesting. The top of this district is a toss up between the two of them, the rest doesn't matter

When I left the game Ezell was up 23 in the third period, their best player deathridge got 2 fouls with 4 min left in the first period and sat until the third period. Ezell still had a 16 point lead at half and had pushed it to 23, I think the final was Ezell by 15 or so...even without Ezells best player this was not even close,,,

9AA Thats what ah said...bunny bread.... How is it that Ezell and DCA both lose to Lipscomb, and The AP does not even give them a top 10 ranking?

Pearl Cohn has been playing a lot of teams in AAA. Mainly because they are normally a comprehensive high school. Most of their population is bussed out of the neighborhood. But they have only played two of the lesser teams in their division. Ever since lipscomb punched ezell harding in the mouth, Ezell has been blowing everyone they play away. This will be a test for Pearl Cohn, but only could be seen as a game ezell should win. Props to David Lipscomb who played Goodpasture close,(a team thats working hard) but beat two of the better teams in their area. (D.C.A. and Ezell) Does not matter but Ezell should win

We cannot leave out Tara Deathridge from Ezell Harding, leave her open for a second and she will put your eye out. I think she's up in the top 10.
