I dont know where you got that Santa Fe has Young Guards.... 2 of the 3 guards are seniors, and the first two off the bench are Senior Guards. Anyway... My pick is Santa Fe by 13. Carter and Boo will have a soild game.. If Santa Fe plays Defense the way they can this wont even be that close.

Santa Fe beat Hampshire 28-69. Santa Fe Jumped out to a earley 1st quarter lead 17-4. Joseph Carter played well for the Wildcats along with Boo Boo and the rest of the team. Santa Fe travels to Zion Friday looking to advance to 2-0 in the District Standings.

They won, Joseph Carter led the wildcats with 19 followed by BooBoo Hutcherson with 18.

What does everyone think about zion being added to the already large district?

I am not sure on who is the new Coach, But they added a good player from Hampshire. So they are expected to be better.

I think it will be a good district fight this year, I know we (Santa fe) Played Mt. Plesant this summer @ Eagleville Camp, And they beat us. Summer might not say much but i think they will be tough. Wayne Co is got new coach's that could be good or bad. Summertown sounds like that they are going to be tough. CA lost a lot from last year, so i see this being there rebuilding year. Perry Co- Lost Cody Warren, But keeps a lot of talent in Richerdson, Gray, Rodes and Jackson. Santa fe- Lost Starting Poibt guard still has Carter, Hutcherson and Borne. Clifton- Dont know much about them except that they are returing a good guard and a athletic post player. Zion- The new team in the disrtict, I am not sure about this team. It will be intersting on how they do. I think i got all of the teams... So good luck to everyone should be a fun year!

Hello, I know District 12a will be a run between Perry Co. Last Years District tournment winners and Region winners. And Santa fe, Who placed 4th in the district tournment and 2nd in the region behind Perry Co. But dont count out any of the other teams in this district, They are all tough teams. Does anyone have any info on any other 12a teams that they would like to share?
