I went and watched him play against Northeast Middle last year and he and Ricky Williams had quite the battle. I also watched him play in the JV game over at Liberty.

Yea I know Billy is a good ball player but I don't think he is as good as the players I mentioned. Now, if we were talking baseball he would definitely be on the list.

I know everyone does but I hate that it had to happen on this night of one of the best games I have ever seen.

Your right Bizzie, but I said that the game wasn't fair the final 17 seconds. I appreciate you being honest about the game. If Dumbo ref would put those ears to use and fly away and never come back we wouldn't have to worry about as many bad calls.

The game was taken from Liberty by the refs in the final 17 seconds. Willie Kemp ran full speed down the court and ran smooth over Devon Jones who was set up for a perfect charge and made the basket and Jones was called for the block. Willie missed the free throw and Wayne grabbed the rebound fell over which you would think they would call a travel. Of course not it is almighty Bolivar that can do no wrong. Willie picks it up and scores the deuce and gets the foul, makes the free throw, puts Bolivar up 75-74. Brandon Evans took the last shot and came up short. Bolivar played good and so did Liberty but I think it should have turned out a little different. The assistant coaches at Bolivar told the guys that the call was horrible and we deserved this one. I know that I'm going to get a lot of "Bolivar won straight up" talk but anyone that is in their right mind knows the game was not fair in those last seconds.

Are you kidding me? Long was in foul trouble in the first half and when he was on Willie which was about half the game, he held him to 4 points.

They have improved a lot and talking to them sounds like they want this to be there coming out party in front of the packed house. I don't think Red or Brandon will foul out either, they probably learned from the last game that it isn't very fun sitting on the bench. Willie is not going to get shut down by anyone in a game like this but I think he will be slowed down by Jewuan Long this time around and won't have as big of a first half as he did in the last game.
