Side Note: Do you think Duran Ferguson(DB QB last year) and Marcus Nidiffer (TH QB last year) are tuning in tothis game. I think its great that they are roommates at the Univ. of Kentucky this year. Sorry, just wanted to say that.

I agree with you Zipman, I know fro a fact that Marshall has not made any offers to any players from DB...yet

Duran Ferguson has not been made an offer from Marshall. Marshall was interested but thev've made an offer to 2 other high school QB's, one has accepted.

Duran Ferguson came to school with his left wrist bandaged (not his throwing hand) and probably will not play this Thursday (a minor fracture I think) but I don't think this will have any bearing on the game.

I hear that The Tennessee Pigskin Preview Magazine (not sure if thats the right name) is portraying several TN highschool football players this month. Any one know where I can get a copy or is there a website where I can order a copy? Thanks, TNGR8

Duran Freguson...again. I hear that Duran has really been preparing this summer. He's been to several nationally ranked football camps and has a couple of personal trainers. So just when you thought he couldn't get better....watch out. I can alreadfy tell just by the practices that I have been to that he's improved 100% (if that's possible).

Does anyone know if there are any TN QBs being recruited D1 this year? If not D1..are any TN QBs being recruited this year or have any "been contacted" with any top 25 football colleges? Who are our best bets? THanks, TNGR8

Duran Ferguson, DB's quarterback was the only QB in TN listed as players to watch....what else can I say He was listed in Street & Smiths.

Dobyns-Bennett is headed for Memphis and I feel they will win it all (1-AAA). Look how they have played their last 18 games. With players like Kilgore, Fritz and Ferguson (football QB great), how can they loose? Is there any better in East TN?.... I think not. So, whats your opinion?
