strong is going to be the 6th man for the team this year and if he builds off of last years late-season success, he will be a key component to the bucs run at another socon championship and NCAA tournament appearance. strong struggled a bit with the 3-ball at the scrimmage on saturday but did a good job running the point as well as playing in the 2 and 3 positions. i look forward to tracking his progress over the next 3 years and it will be interesting to see if he and former high school teammate courtney pigram can form a wadood-fields-ish tandem next year when pigram is dressing out. yeah right, it may be recognized as the weakest high school tournament in the nation. The Volunteer Classic is much better, and receives much more national attention.

the arbys classic is usually a weak tournament anyway, so thats why we usually turn it on about that time. hopefully this year theyll have some decent teams that will challenge us a little bit.
