I'm tired of hearing Riverdale mentioned in all these different posts. When have they even been to the big dance? Don't mention them in the same sentence with Goodpasture and SD. When they win a sectional game and advance more than once you can talk Riverdale.

What teams are going and who should win it?

Who are the best middle school 225 wrestlers in Tn. Which ones will be at the middle school state duals at William Blount next weekend?

Baylor does not have a 275 either. He weighs 220 and only wreslted up to keep from forfieting in the other matches.

Baylor won 17-7. There was a slow start in this game 0-0 at halftime. However the MUS QB's didn't play to well. They threw 6 interceptions in the game and also had a fumble recovered by Baylor, but Baylor wasn't able to capitalize on many of the turnovers but did on three and that was all the defense needed. A great game and a great win for Baylor.

Braswell will not be able to play. He is taking only a few snaps this week and is hopefully going to be back for Franklin Co.

It has just been cancelled it was supposed to be at 9 but Central is evidently one of the 14 teams that were in violation of TSSAA rules. It would have been a good scrimmage.

Baylor '73 state and National Champs! Nuff said.

At Baylor Jacques McClendon who is an upcoming junior bench pressed 425 at the beginning of June squatted 625 and power cleaned 285 which brings his total to 1295 lbs. Although he is 6'3" and 320 lbs., he can flat out run. His 40 time was clocked at 4.9 this summer. He has been to a few SEC schools to just visit and was liked very much by Tennessee and Auburn. He has great technique on the field as well were he has started at DT the past two seasons.

Ramtrain must be on crack if he believes Baylor is only the #8 team in the city. They lost many players but no leadership. In spring practice they scrimmaged East Ridge twice without their top 3 QB's, top WR, starting TE, both DE's, one CB, and ROV who all play baseball and starting TB who ran track. However they beat East Ridge pretty handilly both times but I'm sure East Ridge was missing a lot of people as well Baylor was still very impressive. Keep in mind that Baylor has only lost to 1 Chattanooga team in the past I don't know how many years and that is McCallie. So it should be impossible to have them as #8 in the city.
