  1. lcpantherfan you just got a lil problem with talking trash about people don't you. we yet to have a name from you. Why be so quite and not tell us your name? As for the game. Good luck to LC they are coming off a hard loss. And whether not Albert Harris had a good game or not he is still one of the best running backs in the state. He can run and catch the ball making him even more of a problem. Him coming off a big game isn't the best sign for LC. Not only do they have this runningback they can rely on. They've also spent time without him and know how to win even if he's not a factor. Lenoir City can win this one though. Play a full game and anything can happen on friday night. It'll be a close one lets see how it goes. GO Panthers
  2. To get to LCHS from knoxville you drive I-75 until you get to the Lenoir City exit. Once you're off the exit take a left and drive until you come to the red light in front of the Shoney's. Take a right at the red light and drive straight down that road. You'll come to a stop sign where you have got to turn left or right. Turn left and follow that road straight until you get to a red light. The highschool is on that corner. Take a right at the red light and the highschool is on your left. Turn in at the second entrance and you'll come out at the Football Field.
  3. Devvin Howards Picks Just B/C I Can CAK over Ashville School Austin-East over Brainerd Catholic over Chuckey-Doak Fulton over Rutledge West over Karns Morristown East over Carter Red Bank over Halls Webb over Bearden Other Games: Rockwood over Bledsoe County; Anderson County over Clinton; Jefferson County over Cocke County; Greeneville over Elizabethon; Seymour over Gatlinburg-Pittman; Alcoa over Heritage; Coalfield over Jellico; McMinn County over McMinn Central; Oliver Springs over Kingston; Oneida at Harriman; Lenoir City over Pigeon Forge; Scott over Campbell County; Greenback over Sequoyah; Oak Ridge over Sevier County; Sweetwater over Loudon; Maryville over William Blount
  4. I'm a LC fan all the way and anyone can tell you that. But AE is by far the team to beat and it will be a good game. LC has a lil advantage b/c they get to play at home. LC can win as long as they come to play but it will come down to the fourth quarter and AE just don't have the kicker to win a close game. LC has the close game advantage. If Albert Harris is back you can look for a big game. He dominated last year. Anthony McCallister is probably the hardest hitting LB in the region and if any team can stop LC it is Austin-East. GO LC!
  5. Heres what i think. LC will shut out pigeon forge the first 3 quarters like they did oliver springs and scott county. The only way that pigeon forge will score is if they leave their first team in against LC's 3rd and fourth team like scott and OS did. LC by 30 or more.
  6. Last Years state champs were not a fluke. You got to be kidding me. Fulton deserved every bit of winning last year. They had a better team than Austin-East. But there is no doubt that they aren't as good as they were. They are having a rebuilding year. They will still be number 3 in the region and be in the playoffs. And if everyone keeps overlooking LC you could be in for a surprise. LC beat Fulton by more than Austin-East and Fulton played worst against AE. So be sure and keep your eyes open b/c they panthers are here to play.
  7. Good luck to Fulton against Ruttledge. Good game tonight.
  8. I appreciate the compliments on the team and no hard feelings between me and the fulton fans. Good luck to you all but LC came out and played their hearts out. Congrats to the team and good job of leaving it on the field.
  9. What did i tell you all? No one wanted to listen to the ex-player from Lenoir City. You look at me like i don't know my team well put this in your pipe and smoke it Lenoir City 21 Fulton 6
  10. The Austin-East Roadrunners have a great chance of going undefeated them or Lenoir City will go undefeated if LC can beat Anderson Co. Whoever wins in week 6 has a great chance of going undefeated
  11. this post is for LCPANTEHRFAN, If you have a problem with me bring it to me. Tell me who you are and quit hiding behind that name. I may not play football no more and Yeah I made some mistakes but if you can tell me that you haven't ever messed up go ahead. I wish I was playing ball and helping LC win but even though I'm not it's not going to stop me from pulling for them. I know what this team has better than probably anyone on here except for the players them self. This team is capable of anything. As for you and your problem with me I don't know what I did to you for you to talk crap about me. But I played ball for this team since i was a freshmen and I lettered sophmore and junior year. I started my junior year after having knee surgery and getting all the muscle shaved from my knee cap in Jan. of my sophmore year. So yeah I'll talk it up and you can bet I'll walk the walk any and every day of the week. So keep running that mouth and i'll see you on Jan. 3 1st day of school 2nd semester so be ready.
  12. He's working in Lenoir City now. At Adams Roofing, he went to MTSU then came back.
  13. Fulton 14 Lenoir City 17 Gibbs 14 Anderson County 38 Austin-East 30 Loudon 14 Kingston 14 Scott County 21
  14. You will watch the language.
  15. I'm a panther fan at heart don't get me wrong. I should be a panther this year. But you got to look at this as a great rivalary instead of hatred. Good luck to both teams this week i hope they pull off the upsets.
  16. Honestly, Fulton fans have got to get their heads out of their butt. They aren't as good as they think. They have been beaten statistically in almost all their games even the ones they win. All they have is the big play. I mean honestly they can't repeat. Austin East is a power house and I will be surprised to see anyone beat that team this year. You watch this week as Fulton gets upset by the mighty Panthers. LC better stay on their tails and not come in scared. Go out there and win LC, mess this region up for once in the past 4 years. Congrats to coach white, his staff, and the players. I'll be following you all year long. Forever your teammate Devvin Howard
  17. Lenoir City has a strong senoir class in which most have been together since pee-wees. The offense is not the major strength but they have shown that they can score when needed. They won a close one and I know Coach White will not lay off one bit. The defense looks great this year. They have really focused on not giving up the big play, which is a major improvement from previous years. The 1st team D has yet to be scored on and I doubt they want to stop this week. But I know fulton and I know points will be on the board. So the offense just has to work that much harder. If it comes down to a close one LC's kicker Ben Cumberland is there and there is no question in his ability to kick the ball. Good luck LC and congrats to the team and Coach White. I'll be checking on you week in and week out so keep on winning. Forever your teammate Devvin Howard.
  18. Lenoir City is 3-0 and the defense does not seem to want to give ground at all. Watch out for LC this year they are hungry. They will upset the falcons this week at Fulton. Go Panthers.
  19. Does anybody have the score of the lenoir city @ morristown east game
  20. This poses to be a good game. Morristown East is looking for some revenge after shooting their self in the foot last year. Look for a strong LC defense and determined Morristown East offense. It should be a great game. Good luck to lc as they are faced with the first real competition of the year.
  21. What were their strenghts and weaknesses?
  22. Lenoir City opens the season with Oliver Springs once again. How do you think the game will go? I don't know to much about Oliver Springs, but Lenoir City is very strong defensively up front. They've moved around the d-line and have a better balance. They have a smart group of linebackers that have game experience. The secondary had a big loss with Corey Summey leaving no1 can really fill his shoes but they have a sophmore athelete in Zach Cusick. Reuturning starters Jesse Johnson and Mac Bowers should help. Offensively the line is still trying to come together as they have some experience but not a lot of consistency, but come week 1 they should be ok. They have a 2 year starter a QB who is a lot stronger and really knows the game. Rommel is where the offense was based last year but they have a few more options this year which will free him up more. He has gotten alot stronger and the leg injury from last year don't seem to bother him as he is alot more agile. They lack experience at receiver but they have great route runners and a couple of speedy additions that should have been playin the past couple of years. If LC gets it's O-line together watch out because they could be a very big sleeping monster this year. They have a strong group of seniors that have been together for a long time and they want to win. My pick LC 21 OS 7 defense wins it in week 1.
  23. I played with rommel last year and didn't get the chance to this year. He is a explosive back with great agility. He will have a great year once the O-line starts working together and getting to their blocks. Good Luck LC
