I'm going to ask once more, Has any Maryville fans seen THS play or has any THS fans seen maryville play??? Or is there any fans from either team that know people that have seen or heard anything about either team??? Just wondering.

Has any THS fans even seen Maryville play??? I'm sure alot of us maryville fans on here haven't seen THS play but I have friends say that you don't even play against competition that can hold a candle to Maryville. Just wondering???

You got to be kidding me!!! Every kid on Powells defense besides the DBs are two times ABs size. They don't need to go low on him and yes they did cheap shot him. There was about three powell players jump at his feet. I have a friend that even told me they did that seen it right there. Don't cry about Lee getting held, because apperantly you didn't watch powells o-line alot.

Yes im a maryville fan and im fully aware they beat us last year in the semi finals, but hey we beat them in regular season. WOW things do change in the playoffs. I'm tired of hearing about your 10-0 record!!! WHO HAVE YOU PLAYED??? Let me give ya some advice from a real champion program thats been there: TAKE ONE GAME AT A TIME and MARYVILLE HAS ONLY LOST TWO GAMES IN FOUR YEARS!!! Those two loses came to mo-west too. So don't count your chickens before they hatch. When you play somebody thats proven as good as maryville or mo-west or central, then talk some crap. GO REBS!!!

You are so full of yourself. First you say that you guys need to take games one at a time and then you say they will win the state championship. Sounds like a Flip-Flopper. You actually think THS players have more heart than Maryville players??? You apparently have never seen Maryville play. Maryville has more heart than any time in the state. Their record and close games they have overcome can prove that. You also say Maryville Players can stand up to the athletes of THS!!! I've heard that at alot of games but Maryville plays as a team and not just on a few athletes. So THS fans, don't say you have more heart or athletes than maryville please!!!

Don't even talk about Oak Ridge dominating us this pre-season. We lost to you guys by 2 points. About those years before that. What happen in those scrimmages, but thats the past. Theres no way soddy or the owls could hang with Maryville. DB and Riverdale are really good teams. Those games would be interesting but if Maryville played OR right now to there potenial they would crush you guys. I have news for ya too. What do you think are whole defense is? Juniors!!! So don't say you owned us because thats a bunch of bull and it was preseason.

You need to watch your mouth Wegetpicks! I don't remember seeing anything about us maryville fans being cocky and thinking were already going to win state. When you guys go to semi-finals or actually make it there, then talk some smack. For us cocky maryville fans, we actually know what it takes to get there. Yea ill give that Tenn. High has a decent team, what who have you played??? I know I'm going to get this crap about these teams but non of them are even close to impressive!!! Thats the truth too. Ill stick to the thread and I hope central opens a can even know Tenn will prob win.

If anybody is overrated, its MELROSE!!! You guys say your good every year, and every year you get taken out of it. I know plenty of teams that could prob hang with you guys. So when you start showing us something then talk smack. You better give Riverdale some credit because they are one of the best in TN, but we will see if your in the Boro playing with my Maryville boys.

Maryville!!! I agree with maryvillerebels, Melrose needs to prove themselves before they can say their anything great. I mean sure they have some good athletes but alot of teams have good athletes. We will just see in Decemeber where they are at.

Who do you think is the best 4A team? Who has the best discipline, coaching, athletes, and who plays together as a team the best? My vote goes to Maryville.
