hey something that i just thought of is that milan and alcoa have something in common. in history. we are both champions. real champions not just once. that eliminates huntingdon. look back to 1977.... alcoa won the A milan won AA, but guess where they were played at. ALCOA! that means we are staring down the two powerhouses of highschool football. When you are in east tennessee you here maryville and alcoa. When you are in west tennessee all you here about is Milan this and Milan that. Here Milan football is like a way of life. they come and go winners. we send at least 1 D1 player per year. milan is known for in your momma's face knocking heads of football. when you say best defense you say milan. you say coacyhing it goes to milan. Tucker (332-132-10 .711) but they new coach his record is going too. he already has 2 rings. alcoa has 6 milan has 4. but you have to think alcoa was in A. so that just not as good as milan 1998 AA and 98 AAA. 1st ever to do that in TENNESSEE HISTORY. but milan dont brag about their championships. they go for one every year. Alcoa has a very good offensive team. you are not just gonna shut them out. but you can put a good defense on them to stop them. That is why i started this topic. I dont think that huntingdon is better than Milan. When they played Milan had Huntingdon on their 3 with 38 seconds and they tried passing and fumbled the ball pulling back. I am not gonna make excuses all i can say is Milan will play with Alcoa it will be the best game of the year maybe the one of the best all time. I have been wanting to see them play for awhile. they should have played last year. Hopefully we will have the priviledge to see it this year. Alcoa's numbers are like that because they dont take their players out. Runnin the score up huh. I cant wait. They are beating up on teams and are then putting in gradeschoolers. not just keeping in the big boys. Like to see you come here and try it. not in the dawg pound. I watched alcoa up at the state last year. huntingdon hurt milans rb and sqeeked by them. now milan has 4 rb's and the best run defense i have seen in years. they are quick and atheletic. and they hit hard, west tennessee football hard, not like you ######!!! I Think that the only teams in 2a that can play with alcoa are huntingdon,milan, and westview. The thing is they are all in the same region. they all can put up points to match them. but can they stop them. I think that Milan can stop them defensively. They have the best run defense in 2A hands down. Offense is suspect at times. They are not big but quick. Huntingdon is just explosive. You have to just go out and score more points than them. They go big or go home everytime. Martin i mean Westview AKA Markei Guy will put up TD's with the best. It will be a good one this year. I was at the championship game last year and alcoa looked impresive but they have no defense at all. That is why i say that the Milan Bulldogs can beat them for the state championship!!!

Boo is NOT the best in tennessee. He isnt even the best in the district. Guy from Westview is the best in the district, the best in the state are Cooper from Melrose which is the #11 running back in the nation by ESPN, Crawford from Cordova, and Lindsey from Alcoa. Do you remember him, he is the one that ran all over yall for his title. I was there sitting in the middle of the Huntingdon crowd with MILAN and West Carroll players. I was the one that was making fun of boooooo. He is OK. I dont think he runs a 4.35 maybe a 4.5. Daylen Walker from Milan highstepped to the endzone faster than he was running last year remember. Milan won!!! But i aint gonna say no more that says it all!!!

West Carroll is overrated. They have terrible guards. All they do is give the ball to X.Dont let X get near the goal and stay on him and he is nothing. So when your reading this X you KNOW EXACTLY who this is. I am the one that you cant stop. You might be 6'9'' but you cant beat a 6' guard. Your good and so is Alex Johnson but he dont shoot and if he dont you will lose in regionals. Xavier when you need your PG you need to make sure your school will except them to come there. There goes your gold. Middleton played 5 guards 1on1 last year and WC couldnt match up. Yeah they can dunk but that dont mean nothing 2 points are 2 points. siegel high school aint nothing compared to cramming 2000 plus a game at bolivar high school. I went to the bolivar-jackson north side game a hour early and still didnt get a seat.They are jumping and yelling non-stop. Just think DUKE and it feels just like it. The way Bolivar plays they wont have a gym much longer it sounds like the roof is gonna come off during the dunk contest i mean the game. Siegel i would like to come to one of your games and watch.

Who is the best team ever in Tennessee high school football?

This Friday night at Johnny Hale Stadium it will feature the best 2 teams in 2A football. The Milan Bulldogs (9-4) and the Huntingdon Mustangs (11-2) arch rivals and both love to play the game. But, your leaving out something.... THE FANS!!! That can make a change in the momentum any game no matter what. I expect at least 8,000 plus in attendance which i like to see. Featured in the game will be 5 very good backs. Chris Donald and Phillip Weathers from Huntingdon running on just about everybody. And from Milan you have Daylen Walker, Micah Blount, and Eric Coleman which is basically unstoppable. If Milan can hold up and not break down they will win the game, but if they break it will get real ugly. I will even tell you how to win a game. For Milan When Weathers runs dont let him get outside and when Donald runs close the gaps. For Huntingdon dont let Milan get outside because in the blink of an eye Walker sidesteps you and is in for 6 before you no it. Dont let Micah Blount beat you up the middle because if he does he can break a tackle as you saw last time they meet. Eric Coleman is questionable for Milan getting another stinger in his neck. If he play he can runs up the middle and outside so he is another threat to change the game. Yes, Huntingdon won the their 1st championship last season in 2A but if if not mistaken Milan has 3 2A titles and also a AAA title. I expect this game to put points on the board but hopefully it will be a good game. Both teams are good when they want to be and bad when they play sloppy. Both teams have played sloopy and like champs so we will see how it will turn out. And yo might be asking what side will I be sitting on..... Milan. I think that Milan will win this game and for 1 reason the offenxive line is opening up holes and Daylen Walker is flying through them. And just how fast can this speedster run? How about a 4.23 in the 40 last year at the MTSU combine. My pick for the win this Friday is MILAN BULLDOGS. The winner of this game will be state champs. West Tennessee football is just so much better than east and middle Tennessee. So expect the state championship game to be a blowout. Go DAWGS!!! thumb

Ok look im not trying to be mean but Camden absolutely $ux!!! They will not beat Huntingdon, and they sure couldn't beat Milan in a real game(scrimages don't count).Don't forget Milan lost every scrimage game this year but obviously they are doing well enough to make it this far. Camden got slaughtered by some wild mustangs but mustangs got bit in the @$$ by the DAWGS!!! Yeah yeah yeah camden might have one or two OK players but other than that ......naw it still dont matter!!! Enjoy the hard season while you have it because you will have cupcakes for the up-coming years. I expect Camden to get by at least 4 TD's by Huntingdon and Milan to beat Carver by 2 TD's. After that i will get to watch the game it should be for the state title. With real intentions not practice situations. But if you have any smartass coments i guess my 4 time state champs will have something to say to all you haters from Camden and Huntingdon. I would like to say best of luck to you lions i would really like for yall to come to the Dawg Pound! I really hope yall win against Huntingdon so we can have a cakewalk in the 4th round! You will beat Gibson County, Trenton Peabody, and possibly upset 1 more team (Camden if you want easy W) ,but then you will get beat by Milan, H'don, Westview, Dresden, and Scumboldt (Humboldt). Yes, Huntingdon was 2003 class AA state champs. But on the other hand milan was state champs in 1971, 1977, and 1998 in AA, but dont forget the AAA title they won in 1999. Milan is the better team in the long run. But whomever wins the West part of the bracket will be state champs. West Tennessee football is the best in the whole state. If you dont believe me look it up. If a West Tennessee team makes it to play David Lipscomb it will be a blow out. If a scrub who ran for 112 yards in 2 games total against Milan last year rans circles around them wait until they play Daylen Walker. Like I say if Milan beats Carver scratch them in as state champs!

2A back Milan High School Daylen Walker for Mr. Football. He is unstopable running the ball. Also featured as a wide reciever. He is also the best strong safety is Tennessee all classes. This is the fastest person ever recorded by a high school football player at the MTSU combine last season running a 4.23 in the 40 yard dash. This is a sure pick for Mr. Football. Closing in on 1,000 yard rushing and 100 tackles. Just AMAZING!!! If you need more come watch him play he will show you everything you need to see in a great d1 prospect.
