After a couple of games played by the teams in the district. this is how i see it so far. 1.giles 2.lewis(could very possibly be 1 if they play the way they are capable but to be the champ you have to beat the champ.) the rest is a toss up. i have seen marshall and was not impressed and will see spring hill friday night. but for now this is all i have.

well i dont really know why you posted on here but the may score that much but we play defense in middle tennessee i dont think you guys know what that is. and you guys keep forgeting another leader who helps keep everyone off kyle because he is getting double teamed. darren always is double teamed no matter who we play.

nation, you got the last play a little wrong bro. its close but it was like this. kyle got a board, he threw it to darren and darren threw it too boomer and he took it the rest of the way.

holy cow i can't believe i am responding to the one and only dylan"nation" i hope we can pull out a district championship it has been awhile. the last i remember was 2001 and that was regular season and i could be wrong about that. i know we won it in 01 because that was my senior year and i played. we could have done a lot more if we had a coach who cared that year but ill leave that alone. ne how nation i hope your right we have giles the game after culleoka i believe. p.s. you can't jump on my back with that bum foot....lol c u friday.

i think lewis should be much improved. but giles is still probably the team to beat until they are knocked off

i cant believe people actually think fairview is that good. who have they beat that is worth talking about. i believe lewis and camdem could handle fairview without that much of a problem. now goodpasture may be another story they are really good. i cant say anything about cpa because i dont really know. and i dont really think these polls vewy accurate. but you can take them and think they are good for something if you want to but i think that it will be decided in the playoffs.

why are these fairview people on here? i have watched you guys play and i have been to all the l.c. home games and can tell you there is no way you would run away with this division. you beat hickman by i think 7 yea we only beat them by 7 but we had like 5 or 6 turnovers and there only touchdown came from us fumbling on like the 3. so the way i see it we are pretty close teams but i think fairview couldnt handle the physical play of lc. maybe we will get a chance to see this in the playoffs.

i personally know coach loope and he is a good man and a good coach but his hands are tied. these parents just go above his head and talk to the right people and he either does what he is told by higher powers or he will lose his job. if they would let him coach his way this would be a much better team. he can't make their players practice or lift if they dont want. they will just go running to mommy and daddy and tell them they dont want to do it and then mommy or daddy will go talk to someone above him and get it taken care of. i hope he can get a chance to prove he is a good coach. i am not even from harpeth and i think that the program is rediculous because of the parents and the higher powers good luck to coach loope and harpeth.

yes page man this is the best game they have played all year. they can be competitive in the district if they cut down on all the errors like today. the coach really hasnt given darren much of a chance to start he wanted him to be a closer but you have to have a lead for that. darren is also a really good first baseman he stared every game last year except for a couple. so hopefully he will be getting more action there as well. we could make a run in the tourney if we play error free.

hey hurricane i think he will be ready u just better hope a.j. is ready he hasnt played any one this physical. i believe it will be a good close game under 10 pts. could go either way depending on who gets the edge inside.

the district may not be the best in the state but it will be competitive. all the teams are on a level playing field. page should be fairly strong. and marshall is always tough. lewis co. will surprise a lot of people. loretto is weak. dont know much about spring hill. but giles should be tough as well. should be a very close race in the district.

LOL. this is nuts sycamore is not even one of the top twenty AA teams in the midstate. you guys werent very good last year. we beat you in the region and sent you home. wish we could play you this year but your region has been changed. but i know harpeth is alot better than you and i would guess waverly is probably a lot better. but keep on dreamin.

im not sure on what all happened. i just know that after the game some of the waverly fans were saying the refs were paid off and stuff like that and some people got into it. just over some stupid stuff. it was a good game and lewis ended up on top. in the region there were people talking about waverly playing dirty down low and there were some cheap shots on lewis co. big man waverlys post i think #42 kept kicking him as hard as he could in his calf which he had torn earlier that year. but that was last year and hopefully none of that will go on this time there is no need for stuff like that. so hopefully we will see a good clean game this time on and off the floor.

yep there is a scrimmage thursday. we were supposed to play tues. but there was a scheduling mix up so we are just going to scrimmage thurs. there wont be anybody chasing anyone this year and i believe that was a couple of waverly fans who were being kind of childish after the game. they where grown men talking trash to high schoolers but i think those parents are gone. ne ways should be a good game lewis has the edge inside i dont care who waverly has. we had the edge inside the last two games last year and the same inside players are back. i dont know any thing about waverly. i know our guard play could be great if the guards would get their heads up. but it should be a good game hopefully no one will act like a moron this year.

just wondering we have you guys on our schedule and you guys are wanting to cancel it i dunno if its a scheduling mix up or what.

i have no dog in this hunt. i was wondering why waverly is trying to cancel the game against lewis county.

i saw pc play in the play day in shelbyville. from what i saw they press alot and go 100 miles an hour and are very aggressive. they foul a whole lot and if they play like that they are going to be pulling people out of the stands to play. they will all foul out. the can shoot very well like always. i think if they cut down on the fouls they could be a good team. they tied with moore county in shelbyville if the refs called any fouls what so ever they probably would have lost.

It's time basketball season in Lewis County is approaching and the troops will be ready. Under new head coach Micah Rochester the Panthers should succeed. They have 4 of their 5 starters back from next year. They are Kyle Tenison, Darren James, Landon Carroll, and Chance Helton. With the additions of T.J. Taylor and Braden Brewer and some new found freshman they should have a good season. It's a new season. Waverly you better be ready they still Lewis County still remembers what happened last year and is back for revenge.

i am not from giles but i can tell you tyler can consistantly hit the long range jumper and he can play inside he may not be an impact player next year at ut but give him a year and he will. and this crap about corey brewer he hasnt done anything there is a guy that plays on west end in nashville for the commodores who is better as a freshman his name is shane foster
