Dear Mr. Limbough, I have a correction to your post regarding Wednesdays games. Straight from the TSSAA Handbook "In the Regional Championship Games in odd-numbered years, the odd-numbered districts in baseball shall be the host team. In even-numbered years, the even-numbered districts shall be the host team. If the district winner from the district that is to host the regional finals is defeated, then the runner up from that district shall be the host. If both teams from that district are eliminated then the winner from the other district shall host the regional finals." http://www.tssaa.org/Handbook/baseball.pdf

Do the math!!!! 16 Districts..........2 teams from each district advance to Regionals That leaves 32 teams going into Monday..........16 Teams left after Monday!!!

Lexington has probably the toughest lineup in the state to face if you are a pitcher. They are loaded with a lot of bats in the 1-5 holes and blessed with a lot of speed in the 6-9 spots. I pick Lexington 6-4!

Spinning the ball is still an unsporsmanlike penalty. And when it is your 2nd unsporsmanlike penalty of the game it is an automatic ejection which means you sit out the rest of that game and the next one. Or if it is your 2nd time to have this happen the TSSAA sets the punishment which is a 2 game suspension for the 2nd time he has been ejected this year!!!

He is at a Division II School in Pensylvania. The name of the school is California University Pensylvania. He is planning on redshirting this year I think.

Lorenz is the man. He kicked a 55 yarder last night at Dyersburg in the first quarter and had 2 kickoffs going through the uprights. He now has a 44, 45, 50, and 55 yarders on the year, he is 4 for 4 and kickoffs consistently go through the endzone!!!!
