  1. I've seen both teams play. Both are quality teams, could go either way. I'll take CAK in a one goal dog fight. "To be the man, you gotta beat the man...woooooooooooooo"
  2. Coach, you are correct. Younger players wil improve with experiance, but we have other issues. I would like to discuss this further with you, but not on a message board.
  3. Hey Coach - Loudon 4 - AC 2 AC played a much better game this time around, but still a few players short of competing with the better teams. With only one Senior, and one Junior, it's like playing with a JV squad. Props to Loudon, they played well. Good luck on your run to state. We will be watching.
  4. Coach Woodfin is the coach of the girls team, and was coach of the year with that team as well. You have to give the man credit, he gets the most out of his players. He has very few club players on either team. Congrates Sammy!
  5. Just one man's opinion but LC is solid from front to back, and they have a few on the bench that can play too. Props to Loudon, it sounds like you guys played an awesome game, and had a fine season. I gotta go with LC as the better TEAM
  6. Yeah fox was the keeper in the AC-LC game. I know you remember taking a ton of shots on this guy. I know Ben (assistant LC coach) does, he was going off!!!!! Fox and Ford played some club ball together (I think)and I believe they both signed with Tn Wes. Fox played some on the field this season, and i'm thinking he will play on the field in college. You guys have a good team and i'm hoping you make the most of LC's last season in A/AA Fun to watch, but the rest of us won't miss you all. thumb
  7. I agree that the keepers from AC, Loudon, and LC are all deserving. I guess i've seen Fox from AC play a lot more than the others, but AC does not have the talent that these other schools have on the field. I've seen games where Fox made 30+ saves. Very impressive! It's tough when your team dominates the game, and still can't find the back of the net, or is only up by a goal after outshooting the other team by a large amount. On the field, A few from LC really stand out. It's fun to watch those guys play. Espinoza, Swain, Scarbough had a solid season. Herwehe from Kingston, and Smith from Oneida had a good season. Again, I got to scream for Halcom and Phillips from AC. They both posted some impressive numbers, on a team that struggled for most of the season.
  8. Huge props for two freshman, # 18 up front & # 25 in the back. Great speed and strength. These guys are making a lot of noise, and only freshman. <shiver>
  9. Boone, Scarbough, Swain, and Espinoza should be a lock. Fox, the keeper at AC is the best in the net by far, and he can play on the field. Halcom and Phillips at AC each have double digit goals and assist's
  10. Don't sell Oneida short. They dominated the game against AC. The difference was AC keeper Shane Fox, this guy is a freak! Oneida can play, should be a wild game. Good luck to both!
  11. Hal is solid, and Fox is a freak in the net, but you have to give stong consideration to the freshman Ryan Phillips. His stats are right up there with both, plus, it's rare to see a guy playing striker have as many assist's as goals. This kid is going to make some noise in the years to come.
  12. AC starts a few Freshman as well, and plays a few more. Oneida played the game in front of AC's net, and you have to give big props to the AC keeper. This guy made some outstanding saves. Many times in this game, the keeper started the attack by throwing the ball past midfield line. He is as good as i've seen at this level.

    CAK

Gotta give you props, you said it would be a closer game, I guess you were right. The score was 4 - 0, a little closer than 5 - 1. thumb

    CAK

Not mentally prepared? You think it's possible that CAK misjudged AC, and didn't expect to be dominated.
  15. 4 - 2 AC Anderson County has too many weapons.
