I agree you guys have talent and the potential to do much better than you are. Trust me on this one the fans and parents only want you guys to have sucess. To see how hard you guys prepare and how much you put into this program is just as hard on us(parents) as it is on you. My personal belief is that you guys should be atleast be 500 right now. Your exactly right you guys dont need to listen to the other students, fans, parents right now. You guys keep doing what your doing and let things on the field take care of themselves. Just remember when you do have people who still support and back you when you go home. and we only what the best for you guys.

well see just how good you guys are in a few weeks against DB. Will you still run your mouth then? So far you havent beaten anyone who has better than a 3-3 record. If you ever beat a team who is better than average then let us know. As far as hosting a play off game. It dont matter who you play from region 2. I wish you good luck cause your gona need it, just to keep them under 50. Or just look at how you handle DB. gona be a very simular game. I believe 4 or 5 undefeated teams in region 2 right now. Bearden had the largest enrollment in their history this year (or at least one of the highest) I wont disagree with some of the tallent is going to some of the private schools however. I have already heard rumor of a couple going next year and lost a 6'6" 300+ pound freshman last year to one this year. But how do we keep them here or keep them from leaving after freshman year?

Without bashing any kids or coaching staff, to keep this post from getting closed. This is a program not heading the right direction. Does anyone have any thoughts on what the problem is. Area players and parents have watched us. Is our talent level that at the 1-5 level? (when answering this question, please try not to be to disrespectfull) Any thoughts or coments?

Attitude is the hardest thing to change. There has been a long standing record of sub par seasons even before the merger. The one good season in the 90's was an exception, they had one great running back, and that team was still a merger of the 2 previous schools. Give Coach Hutchins a chance. "Rome was not built in a day" and SD will not turn around in a year.

Unfortunately i havent missed a game this year and dont plan on missing one now. I just hope this one is better than the others. Hard to say what the attitude is like yet. Most of the kids were at the Jv and freshman games tonight.

Bearden has Matt Reagan. Probably one of the best Punters in the region. Hopefully wont have to use him much Friday night. Chris Kelton is also a tremendous player. about 6'5" 250 give or take a few pounds.

How many quarters a week can a player play in? Example if a player starts in and plays in 4 quarters in a JV game, can he also start and play in 4 quarters in a varsity game the same week? Also if a player starts and plays all 4 quarters of a freshman, and same with a JV game, can he still play the entire second half of the Varsity game? Just curious about this one. Any one who knows the official rules please help me. Also does this happen alot in highschool sports or just a few teams.

We barley got by Karns and wasnt even close tonight against Webb. If it keeps going this way the rest of the season, is it time for a change in coaching staff? Share your thought on this please.

Bearden has the cleanest bathrooms. Thats the best thing about halftime at anyball game.

No need for them to go all the way to Arizona to play someone. Just send them south to Alabama, Mississippi, or Georgia. Many !a teams that could beat them from those areas. It is good however to see a Tn team in the national rankings.
