This post is been getting off topic. As far as the MP tigers are concerned i'm sick of hearing about them! They are a pretty athletic team but will get "blasted" as stephenzca says when they come up here, reguardless of the passing game. I'm so sick of Teams like Collinwood, WC, and MP, Why don't y'all stop making excuses and pick of some weights in the summer. Can't wait until payoff time, we're down some this year but i still say we go 3-1 agains't you all in the payoffs.
As for the Mt.Pleasant squad in 2001 i remember some recruits off that team, Seth Brown, John Carroll, and Tommy Fitzgerald. I know b/c i recuited them until they fell apart after going 4-2. Ended with a 4-6 record. The only recuit i know of on the MP squad this year is #81 Jamarcus and from what i hear won't go anywhere b/c of grades and test scores.
