It is very impressive to see the time you put into this lay-out, the only thing is that week to week you never know what team will show up and as you know the start of the second season brings out the dog in the underdogs. I think of the teams mentioned White House has the best all around team, But my darkhorse team is the Eagles of Northeast who played White House alot closer than the score showed 10-6 into the 4th quarter. I have to agree, after seeing Friday Night Lights Remember the Titans stills has the nod because of the overall power and important theme of the move.

Northeast at 10 is a huge surprise in 4a and they beat a highly ranked (preseason) northwest team. thumb

Sorry for the misunderstanding cbarkley, now nwsuperfan if you have followed the eagles at all you would know that this is the best senior class they have had in years and most of them started as sophomores that means they have taken their share of lumps and now they are ready to reap the rewards by staying grounded with hard blue-collar work. As with all clarsville schools these kind of seasons do'nt happen every year so now it's NE's turn to make a statment like NW did last year and still can this year, but getting the big head will not happen because the seniors and coaches will not allow it to happen. This team has improved every year for the last 3 years they do know what it takes to keep winning and they do not like the taste of losing.Go Big Blue and Gold

cbarkley it seems you don't like NE very much, i think you said they would have the big head once before. This team has waited along time to be in the position their in now, i think they realize they have not won anything yet. From what i can tell they look hungry and physical to me. I have coached at both levels and from top to bottom I thumb think 4a ball is better, but at the top of each division I feel 5a may be alittle better. It seems the drop off in 5a ball is more significant than 4a ball.

Now now nwsuperfan i would not go that far i think that if NE is focused they have a very good chance to win the game. They just seem primed to make a statement and strong run for the playoffs, but like i said one game at a time.

I hope players in eagle land don't forget games are won on the field and not on this site. Be careful don't paint bullseyes on your back by talking to much. You have to take it one game at a time, and from what i here some players may not be as focused as they should.

Please get your facts straight NE blocked the extra point to send the game to the 2nd overtime, they came up with a big play when they needed it.

Hello everyone i am new to this coacht stuff, but i would like to say that it would be nice for people to give credit when it is due. NE played very well against NW and won, to say NW beat themselves is a bit misleading, even you have to admit that 21-0 well into the fourth quarter.
