Union City (2-4) needs a big win over Humbolt (4-1) to stay alive in region play...I believe they have the potential, so watch out Humbolt.

My opinion on next year is with only 6 seniors leaving and around 20 juniors returning, the Union City class next year has great potential. This is a class that would be successful in Region 7-2A and could go far into the playoffs next year, but with the school enrollment down, it has been moved to 1A. Union City will have a great chance at winning that gold ball next year.
