Agree....except for if No. 8 stayed in. Brighton changed coverage and started teeing off on all qbs. It would not have mattered. I cant see an opne wr on film for hardin in second half. but anyway have a good day

I have noticed the change and why did the change occur. Because lack of athletes as opposed to previous years. No more gun dominated offense with slant bubble and go bubble combos with rb and qb counter plays being called. Now it is the I mostly and 1 back set with power, lead, counter . Then they will get in trips and put 5 as inside guy to run post post wheel. Then 5 will go to qb and wrs stay in trips to run tb counter or qb sweep to trips. No major combo routes or outside runs or screens because of lack of athletes. They want to pound the ball and if they cant then game over because athletic teams man up and get in you face wrs cant get off ball and qb gets sacked every play when they try to throw. Be honest no big play threat. I have seen every game rather on film or in person. Just watched last game and that is what gives me idea of getting in wrs face and pressing cause after halftime other team got in face and watched wrs finally get frustrated and quit trying to get off ball. Just say hardin is having down year and let it go. 7-1 aint bad bud yall were excited about beating a 2a team (seriously???) Is that knowing enough about them or do you want more?

I agree ballplaya and that is why I said the most unathletic (which is in dictionary) bunch they have had in several years. There are no Deberry or schutt. #5 is ok but nothing compared to those 2. I was talking about this years team. They are athletic for the teams in their area but teams across the state it is not evn comparable if they were in District 10 they would be done in couple of weeks cause they would not make playoffs.

Hardin could not run the ball any and after brighton made a halftime adjustment the wrs could not get off the line. Hardin county has the most unathletic team they have had in several years. Not seeing how they went undefeated. If they get melrose or mitchell 1st round they better watch out cause speed will kill them. Wish I lived in hardin County must be nice to live in such an optimistic place

Did RB/WR for Covington get hurt friday night?

#21 is tailback and probably 95% of offense and #3 is other 5%. They have very few if any chances to move the ball with 21 out

Briarcrest is going to have a down year. Covington looked the worst I have seen them look in a long time. But what was covington expecting they fired a "terrible" coach for one that aforementioned "terrible" coach beat.

He is nowere near the qb they had three years ago. Hardin Co. problem is on defense. they have absolutely no speed whatsoever on that side of the ball. I saw a little of the liberty game and that is why they lost is because liberty was light years faster

Brighton has seen nothing but press coverage all year if you guys traded film you would have seen that and might could have changed the outcome. Brighton come in looking over munford because of 1-5 record and looking forward to henry. Anybody else on that night would have beat brighton just glad it was munford so brightons worst verse munfords best still won out. Great job on shutting brighton down since two backs gained over 100 yds apiece. QB did affect brighton when he went down because brighton is like family on the football team and the confidence sink not like munford where there might be a new guy in the locker next to you anyday so its hard to be a team. Anyway....Good luck to henry and hope its a great game for a big crowd to watch. It will be a great atmosphere for football

Talked to a guy that was there and he was impressed with brighton. he said when qb went down they freaked out especially on defense. They still pulled it out. He told me it looked like brighton was overlooking munford waiting on HC matchup. My only question is why when starting qb got hurt munford kept 5 in the box with brighton having 2 great rb's and backup qb in. Not very smart. Munford probably saw this as a great chance to save a season and still could not pull it out verse a brighton team that played apparently its worst. it is a shame that the munford program has fallen this far.

I will have to agree with switzer about munford D. Since the D coor. left they play no D. I dont even think they replaced him. I am kind of impressed with randall how he can call offense and defense during a game. I could be wrong they might have hired a D cooridinator but I dont believe so and since the one that left was randalls asst. coach at east and did a great job on the defensive side I think that is where they hurt.

Red Warrior dont worry if it like normal everybody has film on them so they don't need to cooperate. It is more film on munford going around than you can imagine and my sons team dont even play them and he brought some home. They are still playing the memphis city thing of the past. recruit well and dont trade film so no one knows nothing about you. Well as of now recruiting failed and film thing well everybody has every game. They got away with this in memphis but now it is catching up. O would not count them out I am sure it is a few players left in memphis. their biggest mistake was letting the def. Coor. go he held the program their and at east together for a long time.
